Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?"
