He was extremely professional and apologetic, confirmed that the driver involved was immediately terminated, and assured me he would be reminding all staff of the importance of safe driving -- especially when operating a truck with a trailer, which requires longer stopping distances. These are marks of good leadership and accountability, and it speaks volumes about how this company is run. Good small businesses like this are the bedrock of a good community, and I appreciate how seriously they took the matter. Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how leadership responds, and this owner handled it exactly the way a responsible community business should.

I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently. Talk about fairness and honesty! To say we are thrilled with this company is an understatement. Thank you Agape!

As for recent hurricane Irma debris, their mower shoveled common area debris into one of our yard's nearby piles several times, and ran over it, causing much of the debris to spill all over the road. We had spent a week cleaning the yard up of leaves, branches and big limbs into neat piles clear of the road and sidewalk. We had to clean it all off the road. When I called them to report it, the crew was nasty and said they would pile more on top next time! The point was they made a huge mess for us to clean up, then acted very disrespectful and unprofessional. As an HOA board member, I will be voting them off our next approval session.
