I was told they had a part for my phone. Upon arrival they did not. So lying to get me in the door then when I said I wanted to make a deposit the worker ignored me for 20 minutes (I'm literally the only customer there) I call out to see what said worker was doing then he laughs & tells me he didn't hear anything. These new aged workers really have no idea what customer service is & is embarrassing. Do better! read more

Please be advised that Apple does not sell parts to any third party vendors or manufacturers. No matter where you go, you will get "knock-off" parts manufactured by some unknown distributors/factories. That being said, get your phone screens fixed at your own risk anywhere. Some places use better parts than others but nothing compares to the original that came with your phone. I had my phone screen replaced here and the thickness of the screen is not too bad. Some places use a much thicker glass that sticks up above the actual frame of your phone. The problem is that the screen does not respond to touch very well at higher speeds. You really have to push down on the screen for it to respond. They do NOT have good quality parts here and I would suggest to the owners to change their parts vendor for a better one. I didn't have the best experience with this company, in fact I had to go to the Apple Store after…read moreand pay for a 2nd repair due to the shoddy work and repeated no shows. My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

Ifixforu is hands down one of the best repair shops here in Las Vegas. With 3 beautiful locations located on Spring Mountain, China Town Plaza along with the Maryland Parkway location they have provided me with top quality repair on my iPhone 13Pro. ok so i threw a tantrum and broke my phone and immediately regretted it. i looked up iphone repair and it was the 1st option. its inside 99 Ranch so i knew exactly what booth they were talking about.
