Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. I do not recommend them and advise anyone seeking their products or services to be wary of untrustworthy sleazy schmoozers. Gross.

A lot of repair shops get nervous when a phone has already been opened by someone else but he didn't judge or make it a problem. Instead he calmly took a look at it explained what needed to be fixed and got straight to work. What impressed me most was his knowledge and attention to detail. You can tell he really understands phone hardware and isn't just guessing. He handled everything carefully and professionally and the repair came out great. My phone is now working perfectly again. The turnaround was quick the service was honest and the whole experience felt trustworthy. I don't think that I have ever been treated more poorly by the owner. The day after he fixed my screen the whole thing fell out. When I took it back he said it wasn't his problem and wouldn't help me. But this wasn't the issue, he then proceeded to treat me with disrespect and raised his voice at me and tried to get me to give him more money for the screen. I felt as if he cared more about money than keeping his customers happy or from coming back. I would't recommend it and finding another place to get your screen fixed.

I called Tucson Computer Repair Service because I could not get my computer to start up. I had to…read morewait a couple of days for the original appointment, & then they had to reschedule, so I was without my computer for almost a week before they could come. Riley, the technician, called on the day of my appointment to let me know what time he would arrive, and arrived promptly and knew what he was doing. He had the computer up and running quickly. Then he proceeded to run checks on the hard drive and the security system, did some updates that needed doing and showed me where to find them (I thought I was all up to date). He recommended replacing some parts (which I would have to buy and then pay for them to come back and install). This all took about 1.5 hrs, which I felt was kind of long to run the checks, but I am happy with the work and feel confident knowing that everything is okay. I liked having the repair done in home so that you can talk to the repair person as they are working, and get answers to any questions as you go along. And you also know what they are doing; not so if you drop your computer off at a shop for a week. Generally, I am happy with the work done and would use them again.
