Where do I even begin? There is not enough time for me to truly document what an amazing experience we had with Ivan. We are rehabbing a 1914 historic home. I initially hired Ivan to do what I thought was a simple wallpaper take-down and replace. As we embarked on 20+ projects with 10+ subcontractors and trades, we slowly learned that our house comes with a variety of challenges as a result of 110-year-old plaster and settling. Ivan has spent the last four months with us. Tirelessly stripping down wallpaper that two other companies said was impossible, skimcoating multiple walls, meticulously hanging hand-printed arts and crafts era wallpaper that I had brought in from England. He lovingly stripped paint and restored cabinetry back to its original splendor. We will be continuing to use Ivan for many more projects over the next couple years as we work room to room in this house. His dedication to detail, work ethic, competency, and passion is unparalleled. If I could buy five more houses to rehab just so that I could leverage Ivan skills, I would!
