I had blood test results that they never even discussed with me because of them being petty. But it's okay for them to be incompetent. Most of the techs in there that take vitals are rude. Dr. Horde tried to tell me anxiety wil not make your blood pressure go up which is hilarious that he is that ignorant. He also didn't send my pain meds for my dandc procedure until 24 hours after, did not talk to me after the procedure or the person who took me. But that's okay apparently, they have no accountability and if you say something they treat you like shit. A lot of petty high schoolers essentially running this place. I would steer clear. And no, I won't be taking this one down. As someone who has worked in the medical field, this place has a lot of issues they need to fix. This is covering just the tip of issues there. I had to call them due to a medical issue and that's when I found out they wouldn't see me. Patient abandonment is a thing. The office manager is super petty and immature.

And just prescribed birth control without even listening to me or taking any labs (which the birth control actually made me worse and she scoffed at me for saying this). In fact when I asked for lab work she stated they don't take any if you're 32 years old and your cycle is on time. Regardless of the other symptoms I was complaining of - horrible cramps, spotting for days, intense bloating and all of these being changes that were new to me. She ACTUALLY suggested that I might have an STD lol which was absurd after explaining I have been with only my husband for X amount of time - she tested me anyways and I did not. With absolutely no grounds for testing me for this or even suggesting I might have them based on my symptoms. I now have seen another doctor and I actually do have hormone issues and was totally off balance and have gut issues etc. and I'm so thankful I went to see someone else that actually listened and respected me as a woman and wanted to hear what I had to say because I would have never gotten better if I stayed under the care of Dr. Fanarjian. I can't express how incredible the staff was, Eline was my nurse who took my vitals/did my pre check was so sweet and explained the entire process of what to expect during the visit and possible outcomes. Sherri, the ultrasound tech was patient and made me feel so comfortable. Then I met with Dr. Roeckner who took the time to explain everything in detail and reassured me with a detailed plan for myself and baby. Later that day I received a link where I was able to see all my images and a detailed report going over everything that was discussed (96 pages) which was AMAZING. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm extremely grateful to the office and 10/10 would recommend.

She was my dr when I was pregnant with my now 14 yo daughter. She's an AMAZING doctor! She truly cares about her patients and their health. She's honest and to the point. She has delivered my 3 children that all had complications, she literally saved my life with the first. She is straightforward and honest with you which is what you want with a doctor.
