Ladies please take your money to a clinic that's not run by a hedge fund. They only care about your gynecological health when you are pregnant because of the numbers. A very friendly expert in the field in Brandon, Fl told me the reason for my horrible experiences at numerous Women's Care facilities is due to how the company is owned and pushing patients for numbers to be met. He worked closely with Women's Care previously and succeeded further to open his own private practice, hence the tip he gave me about this specific business. *I had fibroids and endometriosis and they were trying to put me on a chemically induced menopause drug called Lupron at only 29 years of age with no children yet*. They told me if I didn't get on these drugs, I would potentially run the risk of my uterus being "Frankensteined". 3 doctors later, an MRI & news that if I were to take Lupron to "shrink" my 10 cm fibroid, I would have lost my hair and gone through menopause temporarily (hoping my period would come back) and go through absolute hell and it wouldn't have shrank because my fibroid was pedunculated.. An expert told me that Lupron doesn't shrink pedunculated fibroids. I do not believe this practice is professional enough or has expertise in such odd cases like myself. If you have endo/ fibroids go to Dr. Michael Stine in Brandon, Fl. He might be expensive but he is worth the relief you will get knowing the surgery you may need will be taken care of in the RIGHT hands who has done thousands of these surgeries, especially with odd cases like mine. Please god do not go to the Women's care with your business!!!!!!! They are pushing big pharma on you & will not diagnose you properly. read more

They will refuse to treat you if you do not pay your past due balance up front, in FULL, starting April 2025. Also, if scheduled for a procedure, you are required to pay for that up front and in FULL as well before even being billed to insurance. Billing manager, Kim is very rude and Robin, office manager will not allow any patient to be seen unless total balance of bills are paid up front, no payment plan or exceptions made. Worst experience ever. Staff is unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. I was given a price prior to going for my annual which I paid prior to the appointment. After waiting 25 minutes to check out when the appointment was done, I was told I owed more and that I had to pay an additional outrageous amount. I would have never gone to the appointment had I known it would be so much more expensive but I paid it since they decided to tell me AFTER I ALREADY COMPLETED MY APPOINTMENT. I now received a bill in the mail saying I owe an additional balance to Women's Care. I have been told I have paid in full for what was already an awful experience twice now before receiving this bill in the mail. This place is a joke. read more

My daughter went her for a routine visit. I told her to use my credit card for the payment. They charged her over $300 and when I asked her to get an itemized receipt before she left they refused to give her one and then couldn't tell her what she had been charged for. They said they would send her a receipt via email the next day. 2 days passed and my daughter called and they still did not have a receipt for her. They called her back later that day and said they owed her a refund for a procedure they charged her for but never performed. instead of refunding the credit card she paid with they said they would send her a check in the mail in 2-3 weeks. This was my first visit with Women's Care Florida, and OMG what a great first impression!!! The staff and Dr. Lee were amazing! When I called to set up an appointment I was given the option of 3 doctors that were available for my date and time preference. I asked for a brief description of each so that I could choose the one that would fit my needs and personality the best. I chose correctly! The receptionist was very busy with a constant line of people to see her, but she handled each person with care, a smile, and her full attention. I did have to wait a while to get in for my appointment, but as a new patient, I didn't necessarily expect it to be quick...in fact, I'm not sure I have ever gone to an OB/Gyn that the wait was less than 30 minutes. Once the nurse brought me back, she was very sweet and personable. She filled in the blanks of the remaining information that wasn't done in the online profile, and at that time we discovered that they had the wrong information for my "reason for visit". She quickly got that fixed. When Dr Lee came in, he was also very personable. He gave me ample time to discuss my reason for being there, and we went over the path we needed to take. Dr. Lee gave me his full time and attention while I was there, and displayed an impeccable bedside manner. I have another appointment with him in a week, and I can honestly say, I'm not dreading it at all...because let's face it, these appointments aren't exactly something we look forward to (unless it's baby related), LOL. The crazy thing is I was thinking about writing them a good review as most of their reviews online are awful. I will be honest to say I did not always have a bad experience with them. iI was in a pretty serious car accident when I was 31 weeks pregnant and at the hospital all they did was track the baby's heart beat. Spent close to 5 hours there and they told me to have a follow up appointment the next week. At the follow up appointment I was seen in 2 min and then left like any other OB appointment. There were no follow ups on my car accident injuries or status. Since then I have been having on and off braxton hicks or contractions and sharp pains in what feels like my cervix. I called to request an ultrasound for my own peace of mind as I have only had issues following the accident and if for any reason something comes up later on they would know its related to the car accident for my own person liability. I called in the morning, was told I would be followed up with, called back 6 hours later because I never heard back and then was spoken to very rudely by the OB nurse Danielle. She told me in a condescending way that if they didn't feel like they needed to do an ultrasound they wouldn't. I tried to ask more questions or if I am able to go get one from an independent practice. Again, I was met with hostility and a very rude attitude so I ended the conversation. It is extremely appalling to me that a business who is supposed to care about the well being of mothers and their babies would communicate to someone who is already uneasy of the state of their pregnancy after trauma like this. read more

I came to this office after receiving a personal referral and needing a second opinion. The staff and Dr. Rudolph were very compassionate and professional towards my situation. The last doctor I saw in another practice made me wait 1.5 hours to be seen and treated my sensitive case as non important. Putting off my surgery as a non-emergency when in fact it was emergent. Dr. Rudolph was awesome to squeeze me in last minute and perform the surgery all in the same day. read more
