I contacted the company directly and they were more than happy to sell me at second set of cussions. I kept the red ones also as the shipping was too high to return them, but thats the price of getting things delivered to your door while you are sitting on your couch. Over all I'm very happy with their products and services, im not sure what the complaints of poor customer service are about, they treated me very well.
