All of the members are very welcoming and it truly feels like one big family. The owner (Matt) is also happy to see everyone that walks through the door and is super knowledgeable of the sport. I also took Adult Swim Lessons here, and they were very patient in teaching proper stroke form and breathing, I often recommend the classes to others! This downtown location also has a surface parking lot - you can park for FREE for up to 2 or 3 hours. Just take the ticket inside for a staffer to validate. Lots of group classes to choose from. Free weights, swimming pool, basketball court, machines, track and more. There's literally something for everyone. On my visit I took a cycle class with Mark. He is a great instructor. Listening to the top Pop hits distracted your brain from the leg burn. By the time class ended, I was soaking wet. The class was fun and hard. Amenities include: touchless faucets in the restrooms; water bottle filling stations and family changing rooms. The walking/running track above the other workout areas feels like you are suspended above them. If you don't have a membership, your first visit is free. I wish this location was closer, I'd go to this location all the time.

Once we were able to attend classes again, I was very impressed by their dedication to keeping their clients staying safe and feeling that they were in the right hands. I have been attending classes - a few of which are free! They have 2-3 classes a week that are free to introduce you to the studio and to the art of yoga! Following their social media and keeping in touch with the studio will help you figure out when these classes happen. One of my favorite classes that this studio has to offer is "sculpt." They incorporate weights into a traditional yoga setting. This turns the class into s a full-body workout. As a male, there are times where I may not "fit in" to yoga and fitness classes, but here I felt welcome. I feel that this is a workout that other males may also benefit from. My grandson who is almost 3 attends the 5:10 pm class and it is so neat to watch the little ones gain confidence and practice discipline while learning the beginnings of how to defend themselves. While also getting their energy out in a positive way. My older granddaughter who is 6 attends the 6:30 class and has really enjoyed connecting with other kids in her class. She has made friends while learning self defense against bullies or even against adults. I'm so impressed with her continuing improvement in her sharpness of skills each week and what she learns. The instructors are kind and patient but also with the right amount of strong leading to keep the class on track with smaller kids who may lose focus. The facilities are large and kept clean and they have changing rooms or bathrooms for changing into uniforms. I just bring them already dressed in their uniform to begin stretching for the class. I am always very impressed when I stay to watch the older kids and adults and show the grandkids what they can look forward to knowing in martial arts if they stick with it.

Aaron is a fantastic instructor he's motivating, engaging , he creates a great vibe in the room and I love the music he chooses. I've taken a couple of his Friday classes and one of Charlotte power classes which has me sweating lol. I also have tried yoga classes with Seraphine and which has been an amazing experience.
