New equipment is excellent and high quality, and the layout feels less claustrophobic than it used to. It gets busy like any other gym which can be a bummer if you need a very specific piece of equipment that's popular (like the T-bar row which there is only 1 of), but overall I'll make the extra drive to this location even though I live closer and drive past the Highlands Ranch location on my way to this one.

Front door looks different, all the carpets on 1st floor is gone and replaced with LVT. Definitely did this without the interior decorator but not too shabby. GX room was dusty and had been used as a storage room while being renovated. Dusty floors. Not good. No TLC involved here. Other than the floors, 1st floor is basically the same. 2nd floor is where all of the changes took. New floors, new layout, new equipment. Still had new floor odor and started getting headaches. Can wait to try out the 2nd floor soon!

I randomly stumbled upon F45 through an Instagram promotion after having just delivered my first baby. Gave it a shot in my effort to get back into shape, thinking it would be just another trial, and here I am 5 months later and logging over 100 classes in what I now consider to be my second home. A lot of gyms tout COMMUNITY as a core tenet of their fitness offerings, but I've only ever really felt and experienced this familial spirit at F45 CE. Having traveled to other studios around the US, I can hands down say that the F45 CE family is truly something special and unlike any other fitness family you would've experienced. I do not have enough words to recommend F45 CE any more except to say that coming here would be one of the best, life altering decisions you could make for yourself. This is the strongest and fittest I've ever been, and I can only hope to keep adding to all the happy memories and my class count here over the years to come!

I've been a member at both the Centennial and Parker locations for 10+ years and visited 2-3 times a week consistently since they opened. Except for VERY rare occasions I've never encounter a shortage of equipement or a consistently broken workout station. The front desk people have always and I mean always been warm and gracious especially Dave in the mornings. I don't recall any time the mens sauna was out for 4 months and when it was down for repair there was always the sauna by the pool as a back up. Every time I've every had an issue it was handled immediately. Things do break but that is true of any high volume-high use club especially after 10 years of consistent use. I'm not sure what the other reviewers expectations are but mine have been met and exceeded.

Before plugging it in I move to another and the screen wasn't working. Okay moving on through my workout 1st stationary bike, screen broken. Moved to gym floor & started the circuit machines - only 1 of 6 not working today. Better than usual I suppose. Workout completed One of my favorite things about this gym is the recover area, so I went to do the leg compression. 1st set (size small) air leak in zone 1. Next set (size small) air leak zone 1. Sitting in 3rd chair down, decide I'll just stick with this set and skip zone one but the chair is broken and won't lean back at all. Decide if I am going to switch chairs at this point I should grab another set but then I was informed the other two sets left out all had leaks too. So I do my 10 minutes with leaks and sitting up straight. Swing by the front desk because I've been a member for over a year and this is pretty much a regular visit here. Once during a GTX class the front plate of the treadmill just fell off while the girl next to me was on it. All we could do was laugh Hate to complain but decide it's time to say something although I've heard from other members it won't change anything... I give it a shot. I report all the items while my husband orders us two protein shakes (about $21) and she said I can file a concern on the app or she can relay the message Monday. I have no intention of figuring out how to report each thing on the app, I honestly don't care that much because we can always switch gyms but I thought I'd give a heads up to anyone considering joining. I do love lots of things about this gym but it's not seeming to be worth the price tag currently. Some pros include the private sauna's in each bathroom and their additional coed saunas by the pool. The pool area in general is awesome, the kids love the slide and the snack bar (not outrageous but priced like you are at a beach club) They do have an adequate amount of equipment, so even with a bunch of broken things I can usually find enough other things to do to complete my workout. Large parking lot and great location.

What once was an amazing, inspiring atmosphere whose leadership truly wanted to see people improve themselves jas become just another average run of the mill fitness establishment that's no better than the other fitness chains. It's no longer the advertised family friendly environment it once was. They work hard to maintain the facade of a great gym that is better than the rest when in reality they fall short in comparison. This gym has really become run down due to lack of maintenance. The bullet hole in the front window that's been there for a year or more is one example. The broken mirror in the multipurpose room is another. It's been broken for years at this point. They have pictures of pro athletes hung on the wall for all to see, many who used to support this gym. The multitude of pro athletes that once supported this gym has dwindled to just a few over the last year and now you don't see them in this gym much at all. The music is often inappropriate and vulgar and is played at levels that make it difficult to hear anyone you might be talking to (trainer, friend, staff, etc) during the weekdays, especially in the afternoons. The volume tends to be ok in the mornings and weekends though and i think that is because its different staff running the gym at those times. Should you bring the music volume up to gym ownership the response you get is inappropriate, acusatory, and unprofessional. On occasion, the facility smells of sewage when you walk in the door. It's been occurring for years but remains an issue to this day Equipment is often in need of maintenance that seems to take longer than other gyms to address (inoperable cardio equipment, torn up pleather seating or pulleys on weight machines, etc). The equipment is older and perhaps this is to be expected for an establishment with older equipment, I don't know. It does get fixed eventually though. The 3 knee pads available are compressed to the point of being ineffective and the 2 mats they have are torn and ripped. They have needed replacement for well over 6 months at this point.

This never was an issue before and I also go to other Powerhouse gyms like the Las Vegas one and never had an issue. So disappointed that I won't be able to workout here when I'm on the road. Thankfully I was able to go to armbrust pro gym and had no issue there. I hope they revise their travel policy.

It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.
