My mom called ahead of time to schedule a tour (which is free) and when we arrived, the parking lot was packed! I found that it was mostly due to employees, but the environment was very welcoming. The store has all their products and Ben met us promptly with all other workers asking if there was anything they could help us with. Once we were all introduced, we found that it was a private tour we'd be going on and that we'd take a drive to the actual farm area as well as manufacturing area. All i can say, was that the tour was 2 hours but didn't have a set schedule. We went and saw farmers picking the ginseng, a large amount of the sites, the washing area, and then packaging/back to the store. It was amazing and went by so fast. Ben was super knowledgeable and very willing to share all the information he had stored. He also mentioned that the recommended time to visit is the summer until the end of October, so we had just made it at the perfect time to see the most action! Definitely stop by here, take a look on amazon, or on their website to see the product, or just schedule a tour. You won't regret it and you'll have a blast being immersed in the ginseng farming world, learning about their craft, and overall products. Happy adventuring!

Some of the items are very nice though, so I suppose that makes up for the price.
