Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!

I flew out of SFO on Sunday and started to feel worse and worse. My hearing started to be muffled, but I thought it is because of the flight. After some encouragement from my colleague, I scheduled my visit to get it addressed. I selected 3:15, arrived at 3 and did not get in until 3:45. I did not see the doctor until 4. I got out at 4:50. Even though I was not thrilled about the wait time, but I am impressed with the level of care and service here. I felt that they listened to what my symptoms were and they helped make me feel better. Turns out I have the flu, my nose was red, my ears was red, and my throat was red. The wheezing reduced once I completed the 10 minute breathing treatment given to me. I've been taking DayQuil, NyQuil, and cough drops in order to help suppress my coughs and help me sleep. I hope to never return, but if I am sick the next time I am here, I would not hesitate to come back to be seen. I do have the prescription for antibiotics if I don't feel better by tomorrow. I did pickup the inhaler and the nasal spray to help with the congestion. Thank you for treating me.

Thankfully, I went to Medical Care 1 the next day, as they are very highly rated on Google ,and I think they may have saved my eye! The girls at the front desk were absolutely amazing and able to pull up my insurance as I thought I lost my insurance card at the previous urgent care. Practitioner was absolutely amazing and had a background of dog bites wounds and immediately got me some steroids for the swelling, antibiotic eye drops, and set me up with U of M, plastic surgery, and an ophthalmologist that is highly rated in the local area. I am truly grateful for your kindness, your professionalism, and your passion for healing !

UHS has such a comprehensive set of doctors all under one roof, which is super helpful for busy students trying to get everything done at the same place (e.g. GPs, eye doctors, radiology, physical therapy, dermatology, nutritionists, an on-site laboratory, and more). The office is also great about answering the phone and scheduling, and I was always able to get appointments within a week when I needed them. The online portal is super helpful as well.

Those visits haven't always been the greatest because I always have issues getting refills for my medications in a timely manner, even just simple BC. However I continued to frequent the office. Huge mistake! I should have stopped a long time ago but everything happens for a reason. Recently, I had terrible pain in my feet and made myself an appointment with a podiatrist who properly treated me. They requested that I get a global referral from my primary care provider. I called my primary care physician and requested one but they adamantly refused to give me one because I hadn't been seen for foot pain in her office. I find that completely ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. There are better providers out there

This is building 10 of 10 (U of M medical buildings line the entire ring around Briarwood mall -…read moreluckily they are all clearly labeled). Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.

Check-out is equally quick.... I also love it because radiology and other services are near by, thus you don't have to go to the main hospital!
