Kevin was our hero during 4th of July weekend! I was having mold issues in my bathroom ceiling and I have asked Kevin to help me install a new exhaust fan. During the installation, he had found an even bigger issue which was a leak in my neighbor's pipes that was causing the mold... And it was quite an experience after finding that issue. He first mounted some shelves in an office. He installed a new electrical outlet in a bathroom. He also installed the motor of an automated rolling fence, this was a big project.
