Now, I do not typically listen to the radio, as I am generally familiar with what Asheville-area radio stations have to offer. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the sounds coming out of my new multiplex. I was whisked back to the 1980's, I reminisced while listening to those rockin' 90's hits, and then was delivered up a dose of some of today's catchiest tunes. The Brew is one of those "We Play Everything" stations and they do. The music skipped from Aerosmith to Huey Lewis to Spandau Ballet to Madonna. Decent adult contemporary tunes where I knew most of the words. Minimal interruptions but they sure like to remind you that you can get this same content on your smart speaker if you're so inclined. Led Zeppelin, Dire Straits, George Thorogood, Pink Floyd and a nice blast of Smoke on the Water from Deep Purple made the day.
