At my first appointment (and btw I love Angelica the nurse practitioner...so patient and knowledgeable), I noticed the med spa part of the office. So, I'm very into trying new products, but never ventured into the world of botox/fillers...although I've been curious, especially since turning 44!! I started with the aquagold facial. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to dabble, but isn't ready for injections. Taylor was fantastic in that she completely managed my expectations. She let me know that I would love the results, but likely it wouldn't be enough. Omg, was she spot on! I glowed, but it didn't really fill in anything. Fast forward to quarantine when we were all stuck at home looking drab (haha!). I did a virtual appointment with Dr. Nisha, who is literally the coolest doctor I have ever met...you'll want to be friends with her! Dr. Nisha knew exactly what I wanted, and so I trusted her with Volbella for above my lip and my actual lip. The results are so natural that not even my husband knows I had anything done. I have had tons of compliments, but no one actually knows! Finally, on my last visit, I bought the August promotion. They are great for monthly promotions! I had 2 facials for $200. So, I just got microdermabrasion for the first time and love it. Again, this was with the awesome Taylor and my skin is so clean! I have literally found my spot. I am very conservative and love that they don't push me. They all seem to get that I just want to be a better version of myself, not someone different!

The secretaries and technicians here were all very nice, especially my laser hair removal tech, Taylor. She was great, so informative, and made me feel super comfortable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. I came in with several concerns about my face, and she took the time to really listen and explain what would give me the best results without overwhelming me. In the end, she recommended a filler to address my most pressing issue, and I'm so happy with the outcome. What really impressed me was how comfortable she made me feel. I've seen many injectors before, but with Fiona I felt completely at ease, like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares. She's pleasant, articulate, and has the eye and precision of an artist. I like that she talks through what she's doing since I really enjoy learning about the treatments and ingredients and the reasoning behind them. I've learned a lot about how skin functions biologically and how I can keep taking care of it at home. I also like that she's got a lot of experience and training working with different skin types AND medical needs/restrictions, and customizes each skin treatment every single time. The results are definitely superior to other spas, where they give you a peel just because you scheduled a peel, nevermind what your skin actually needs. If you have been considering getting professional skin treatments, definitely get them done at Fix Your Face! I've been going here since the beginning of 2019, when my pregnancy wreaked havoc on my skin. Ellie is very knowledgeable about how to manage skin going through a lot of hormone changes, as well as tailoring treatments to be pregnancy-safe. I got that pregnancy glow instead of a face full of breakouts after the first session but went every month to keep up with the rapid hormonal changes and to maintain that glow. I've kept it up through other big hormonal changes in my life since then--postpartum, breastfeeding, getting on birth control, getting off birth control--and also added eyebrow shaping and tint to what I get done. My poor brows got overplucked ONCE in high school and never recovered but after a year of regular monthly sessions, they are starting to fill in a little bit and look intentionally shaped.

They said they were gonna call me within three days for a biopsy results, but it took them two weeks and nothing follow up for my mole removal.. Botox is a good unit price ($12), but most importantly, an amazingly knowledgeable and former cosmetic surgery nurse injector with such skill could barely feel the needle... yet they effects were immediately felt in my forehead. I called the office and they informed me that since they moved locations, they no longer had access to my medical records so they could only do something once those were sent. I emailed them a copy of my records from MyChart that day. I had to call the office 6 TIMES to ask for updates and every time, the woman said she would pass along my information. After 2 weeks of nothing getting done, I decided to go to the new office location where I had to explain AGAIN what was needed to have the office manager claim "this was the first he was hearing this". I asked if the doctor could submit the preauthorization that day (since I am running out of medication) and he said, "well the doctor is very busy". The preauthorization STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Good thing it's birth control and not any life-saving medicine. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
