Called IJump to see if they were booked up, I was told they were booked till 6:30pm but ensured we could come in after then to jump. After loading the kids up and making the 25 min drive, we were told "ohh we can't let you jump till 7:30pm now and close at 8pm" This is the second time this has happened. Fun spot for kids to play, and parents too! 2 trampoline spaces for big kids and 3 foam pit jumps and a spot just for the Little kids. Socks and snacks available too. Came here with some coworkers because we saw it the year prior and vowed to come here. The staff was friendly and really nice and it was not crowded at all on the Friday night we went. Pretty cheap at $10 a head for over 48" height. They even had night lights and neon glow for their Friday theme. Had a blast with their dodgeball area and their jump pit. We had a birthday party at iJump and it was fantastic! The attendants were terrific and so accommodating. A clean, spacious party room overlooks the jump area making it really easy for parents to keep an eye on the kids. All the party attendees (especially Mom) LOVED it. read more

Not impressed. Most of the staff were cocky young men that were pretty rude to the kids. The area where you put your shoes stinks so bad. Not too many areas to jump and it gets crowded easily. They had a few massage chairs for people to use but the staff did not know how to use it. Do not recommend this place. read more

Great place for kids, and i think write a fair price. They often facilitate dodge ball games and have a special area just for the tiny jumpers, so really worth giving it a try aa it can speak to a wide range of people. Your kids may tire of it after a few visits (or not) but waiting a couple months before the next visit usually makes it seem fresh and fun again. read more

I decided to have my sons 9th birthday there we were told full access for 1 1/2 hours of jumping for 10 (anything over ten will be additional 10 per) plus 10 waters and the large party room for that 1 1/2 hours...what we got wasn't even close to it! First the place was a mess and stunk I get it kids nasty feet but u can tell it's not something that has been getting cleaned properly, then 5 mins after arriving a trampoline mat in the BIG open jump part of the park ripped and they shut down that half of the trampoline park! So my sons party could only jump in the dodge ball area (who wants to get hit by a ball when trying to jump!?!?) or the overcrowded foam pit area. My party also had adults who would have liked to jump but felt like it wasn't safe to jump with everyone especially smaller children in one main area! As were we're getting ready to leave they opened the open jump section of the park took them only 5 mins to close off the one mat that ripped then I addressed this with An employee who came up to get the remainder of the balance due for the party. When I asked him if there was any sort of deal or compensation for the inconvenience of half of the park being shut down during my sons party, especially since it only took them five minutes to rope off the mat and open that section up again as we were leaving. The employee said he would go talk to his manager and then when he came back said the only thing they could do was give me two passes to come back and jump at a later time. The passes didn't even equate to 20% of the cost of the party. Since the party I have sent multiple emails with no response back. I feel the night of the party that the manager should have came up and personally talk to me so we could come to a resolution. I feel that at any business it is the responsibility of the manager on duty to try and resolve any customer issues or complaints. I was hoping to have a great experience here instead it was greatly disappointing. I understand things and situations happen that can't be prevented but the manner in which this was handled could have been done with more professionalism. I was trying to support a local business by going here and becoming a regular customer but after this experience it was our first and last time at this establishment. In the future I would recommend making the drive to Rexburg to visit the gravity factory. read more

Kids had fun but avoid Saturday's if possible. They don't seem to limit the amount of people that can be jumping in an area and all my kids got hit or knocked over at some point by a larger kid or even an adult. It is a fun place and my kids have a good time. However, no one monitors the little tots area where kids over a certain weight cannot play. Well, my tiny 2 year old was getting plowed over by kids who were obviously too big to play there. That happens every time we are there, not just one isolated visit. Love this place. Where else can you be entertained from your own kids while they get exercise? If your kids bring a friend (which mine often do) have their parents go online to the website and fill out a permission form ahead of time. Saves stress on a kid who is afraid for a moment that they won't get to jump. They have lockers for shoes and snacks as well. read more

I love this place, but I love trampolines. My kids always have a blast. Plus it's great excercise. Friendly staff, and good environment every time I have gone. The only reason it's not five stars is because there are quite often too many people in my opinion. But still great for the youngsters. read more

This place is awesome. The ambient is legit. The price is pretty cheap. The people that work there are cool. It does tend to attract a bunch of tool bags from BYUI. I'd name names, but I just don't have it in me. Suffice to say as long as you don't unluckily find yourself there at the same time as the BYUI dbags then it should be a good time. read more
