Took a group of kids here for my sons birthday party. No I just mention, we're from Los Angeles...a much bigger city. Us city folk figured this would be cute but not that big of a deal. Oh boy were we wrong. This place blows everything we have similar to it out of the water. The facility was clean, huge, packed with trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pits, dodge ball, soccer, and more. It was awesome for me...oh ya, and the kids too. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. They made sure the customers had fun but stayed safe. As a parent this is important to me. You must wear their socks so if you've been before bring them or if you go save them. If you don't have any, they're inexpensive...$2 I think. My family came here and had a blast. From age 3 to 33 we jumped and played our way through the many tramp and foam pit options. We loved the balance beam and basketball area. We also tried the rock climbing wall and trapeze bar. We were sweating by the end of it. It was a fun night and also a workout! For two people for one hour and one pair of their required grip socks it was about $33. Make sure to the keep the socks so you can reuse them. Also, they make you sign a waiver on the iPads when you visit for the first time. read more

I loved it me and my friend did get hurt but that was my fault I really like this business

Honestly I love this place and I drive 45 minute to go here with my family. Well apparently they changed hours for December and just decided to never change back. Everything but Yelp says 11am is open time. Apparently they still don't open until 3pm. As a father who decided to try and make a spontaneous Monday with no school great for my boys and 3 friends it was a tearful 45 min drive home. UPDATE YOUR HOURS!! Says most current are on Facebook via website.....nope. PS if your alarm went off today the front door was left open. When I realized no one was there I made sure to lock up. read more

It was such a fun place for my 2 yr old granddaughter clear up to my sons and daughter-in-law in their 20's!

This is a fun facility with multiple attractions, however the foam DESPERATELY needs to be replaced. It is flaking off so bad that we couldn't jump in without getting it all over our clothes and in our eyes. After getting home and washing our clothes, some of the foam will not come off without a razor. And good luck getting it out of the socks you have to buy there. read more

RIIP OFF EVERY TIME I COME. Every time I come I'm ticked off about my experience. They charge outrageous prices. Bring my daughter in for her birthday and they don't offer a birthday discount, only gave three dollars of one child with my $3 off coupon. They were out of socks last time I came and didn't give me any for our admission price and we were charged for them so some kids didn't even have the "socks" necessary to jump. They came and told me to remove my shoes in the spectator area. Which I thought was quite rude. This will be our last trip here. read more

We went to Gravity Factory on Thursday 6/9 paid $50 for both of my kids to jump for two hours. Within 5-10 minutes of being there my 6 year old son jumped up to a platform and jumped off onto the trampoline and hurt his arm badly and was crying so I ran to get him. The employees who were supposed to be supervising the kids were all messing around with each other on one end of the facility and not performing their jobs. When one of them finally noticed he was hurt they offered to bring ice AFTER they asked my Mom to remove her shoes... A few minutes later when it was clear we needed to go to urgent care we asked for our money back for the second hour we paid for and wouldn't be using and they refused to give us our money back. The GM said it wasn't their policy to give refunds and didn't even come out of her office to see if my son was ok. She did, however, offer us a $2 coupon for next time which was a pathetic slap in the face. I didn't care about the money that much but it was the principal of the matter. We drove up the street to Urgent Care where my son was treated for a broken arm. Of course, it was not anyone's fault that my son hurt himself but I am absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion for a small boy who was hurt. I have never felt so angry and mistreated by a business. We will never return and know a lot of people in the area who will not be returning either. read more

If you're looking for a fun place to practice flips or take the family please don't bother coming here. Upon first look, it seemed like the perfect activity for my family to spend one of our nights while on a visit to Rexburg. It had good reviews and a well kept outward appearance. However, I soon realized that just signing a simple waiver took about 15 minutes to fill out. I had to enter all my basic information 3 times before an employee finally helped me. The first two I was told to, "just try it again". Now as soon as you're finally able to actually go out and jump, be aware that most of the mats haven't been properly cleaned. Many of the in-between mats for the trampolines are freckled with hand marks and are shiny with oil. My main issue, however, with this establishment is the customer service. My family and I are "trying" to enjoy a night out together when one of the employees seemed to be more concerned with his group of teenage friends than the safety and well-being of the customers who have paid for the facility. As someone who has worked in guest services and even in tumbling exercises, I would never tolerate an employee to be so distracted and essentially not even work. As an employer, I would want to know that one of my employees asked a paying customer to "move" so his friend could do a trick on the trampoline, which is what happened to me. And to top it all off, as we left the two receptionists were not cleaning, nor tending to the concessions counter, or even anything productive for that matter. As we left, they were tossing a football to each other to promote what this business clearly reflects: a building filled with trampolines, lazy workers, and very few good memories. read more

It is very fun and great for everyone but the trampolines there aren't so bouncy. But it's quite fun when you jump in the foam pit which is nice. read more

I'm a college student, and have enjoyed jumping here in the past with friends, however, my most recent visit has completely stopped me from ever going there again. The main thing is that the place is run by rude teenagers, who are basically paid to play with their friends and treat customers rudely. Me and my two sisters, who are also university students, decided to bring my 9 year old sister here, since she is visiting for the summer and there aren't too many other options for kid-friendly fun in town. Gravity factory is fairly new, but it seems like recently the place has become a little rundown. The first thing that seemed off was how one of my sisters had her bracelet printed with an end time 30 minutes earlier than ours, even though there was no one else in line and the cashier had seen us enter as a group. The cashier told us it was just a computer mistake, and that they would allow my sister to jump until the rest of our wristbands were expired, so she wouldn't sit out for 30 minutes. Fast-forward to the time my sisters wristband is up, and one of the employees rudely tells my sister she needs to go, despite her trying to explain the situation to him. She ended up getting out early even though we all paid at the same time for the same amount of time. Another thing that bothered me was that none of the employees were available at the stations or actually doing anything other than laughing with their friends. My little sister could not reach the trapeze swing, we had seen an employee pulling it earlier so we waited for 10 minutes for someone to pull it for us before I decided to pick up the hook and pull it myself since all of the employees were otherwise engaged. The worst part was that from the minute we walked in dodgeballs were flying around the ENTIRE facility, not just in the dodgeball section. My little sister was understandably anxious whenever a 100+ pound teenager would speed past her small 50 pound frame. These kids were not throwing the balls gently, they were whizzing through the air enough to knock the air out of any child. At one point, my 9 year old sister was hit with a ball by an EMPLOYEE. Without apologizing, the employees and their non-employee friends proceeded to verbally argue with one of my sisters, when she asked them to apologize after hitting my 9 year old sister with the ball. After forcefully apologizing and a couple of eye rolls, a group of employees and their friends went up to the front desk and proceeded to loudly gossip about the incident with the manager who I assume was their friend due to the fact that he was listening attentively to their every word. At this point we decided it would be best to leave, even though we still had about 30 minutes of time. I tried to speak to the manager, but he was pretty curt and defended the employees and the other teens the entire time. We were not offered any sort of real apology or courtesy, and we left without a refund for our wasted time. Will not be returning. If you have kids, or want good customer service, this is not the place for you. read more

This place is pretty good I think their water taste very nice also the staff is ok I guess in all I feel like their water is very amazing. I appreciate the work they do making gravity for us. I really like the fact that even squidward could help make the gravity's here. read more

Was a fun jump with lots to do however don't go anytime near closing, or when they run out of pop. My friend and I got the date night special which was one-hour jump with pizza and a drink for two people for $20. We Had a good time jumping and then went to go get our pizza. The guy pulled out a box of pizza from papa johns that looked like it has been sitting there for days and it was barely warm. On top of that they had run out of cans of pop. So instead we asked for ONE bottle of pop to share (since it was more expensive than a can) and the guy at the concession said to ask the manager. We went to the manager and asked, specifically saying that it was ok that both of us didn't get a pop that we would just split one. They said no and we tried to discuss how that was unfair and we were cut off saying that the pizza and drink was just something they threw in for free. It definitely was not free since online it says the $20 includes jump, pizza and a drink each. Needless to say we left the pizza on the counter and walked through the doors. Wouldn't be surprised if they put the pizza back in the box and resold it. read more
