It's ok not gourmet. But the kids seem to enjoy the total IKEA experience including the restaurant.

Gave us less meatballs on one of our plates. Told an employee they did nothing about it. They also forgot my cranberry's.

I have had deliveries before and never by such polite and professional men. They couldn't do enough to make us happy. They did everything the salesman said they would, right down to vacuuming the bedding area. There wasn't a single piece of lint or wrapping plastic anywhere. This store is the perfect place to purchase your new bed.

Our sales person, Sunny, went out of his way to help us find the right bed and got us an amazing price too! Bought the bed Saturday and slept in in by Monday night! 48-hr delivery was awesome! Delivered on time by 2 super nice and efficient guys and just woke up from a great nights sleep! Buying a bed can be quite stressful and as crazy as it sounds, exhausting, but Sunny made the experience pleasant and we can't thank him enough! If you need a new bed, no need to shop elsewhere. Thanks Mattress Factory. Update several weeks later: I was a little nervous because I'd slept on a bed that was like a rock for 13 years. Our new bed felt softer than it had in the store and certainly in comparison to our former bed. I was very concerned and after calling Sunny and speaking with one of the VP's, Mattress Factory kindly offered me the opportunity to choose a new mattress if I continued to be uncomfortable and unhappy. It's not their policy, but they wanted to make me happy. I decided to give the mattress another couple of days to see if it felt more comfortable and those days turned into weeks and now I'm in love with this bed. Not only did we purchase an amazing bed at a fabulous price, I was treated with respect and experienced outstanding customer service. Beautyrest Black is remarkable. Thanks again guys!

I discovered the Relax The Back lifestyle while living in Connecticut in the late 90s. Like most,…read moreI found this store through necessity; a lower back pain issue I had since college. I purchased my first recliner (the original BackSaver) from Bill Angel in West Harford Connecticut. It gave me a lot of relief while watching T.V. or reading. When I moved back to Philadelphia in 2006, I soon discovered Gerry and Dave Austin, the father and son team who own the Bryn Mawr RTB store near where I grew up (as well as Cherry Hill and Delaware). I found Gerry and Dave to be extremely nice and incredibly low pressure in selling their products. One of the main concepts of the store is that in order to remain as pain free as possible, you want to keep your spine in proper alignment as much of the day as possible; whether you're driving, tasking in an office chair at work or at home, sleeping, reclining/relaxing, taking an airplane/train ride, etc.. For example, if I don't use my seat wedge and self-inflating pillow while driving in my car, my lower back will begin to hurt within 5 to 10 minutes. That 2 piece setup cost me all of $140 to keep my lower back pain from surfacing. Beyond spinal alignment products, RTB offers massage products including chairs, self massage tools, stretching products etc.. In fact, my next 2 purchases fall under this category. They sell a product that comes with 3 circles that you use to stretch your back to the round curve. The other is a new product for RTB; a fixed angle foot massager that vibrates on a scale from 1 to 10. It includes a round bar at the top so you can move your feet along it instead of resting on the main area. Perhaps my favorite product/tool is one that I bought almost 25 years ago; the TheraCane self massage tool that has a price tag of around $30. I was born with a congenital block in my neck which causes constant neck discomfort and almost constant muscle spasm in my middle to upper back. Short of having a personal masseuse, this is the best action I know to take to give myself just that little bit of relief I need. My most recent purchase is the best product I ever got from Gerry and Dave. The timing could not have been better. They were having their once a decade floor model clearance sale and my knee was in need of a new recliner. I went through a period of time where I was working at home very late and falling asleep reclined in my original BackSaver chair that RTB no longer makes/sells. I woke up a couple of times with my left leg hanging off the side/bottom of the chair. When I awoke my knee was in excruciating pain. I went down to see what Gerry and Dave had for recliners that may solve my problem. I measured the bottom width of the Perfect Chair with automatic controls and it was just the fix I needed. The additional width was plenty to solve my problem. Also, the chair raises your legs from the knee down independently for additional relief in recline. As it turned out, Dave sold me a Perfect Chair with the leather and heat package without realizing it. I said to him, I guess I owe you another $500 then. Needless to say, he didn't want me to pay the money.

He even sells those affordable mattress in a box kind, the one that unfurls and becomes a real, comfortable mattress. We were impressed. Vic was able to deliver both mattress and box spring the day after purchase. He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it. It may just be familiarity, but all-in-all I think Conshohocken offers a pretty good shopping experience. Living in a studio with another person, even part-time, offers challenges. With limited square footage, I maximize floor space and -- because aesthetics are important -- keep everything to scale. I solved practical problems with recent Ikea purchases: ** There's little room between our apartment-sized couch and the wall-mounted tv. Most coffee tables are too big, but Ikea stocks a basic parson coffee table that meets my dimensions. A bonus that it's only $29.99! ** Limited storage problems are solved with Ikea boxes designed to store shoes. We hung them inside closets and by the front door, now filled with hats, gloves, underwear, dish towels -- really everything BUT shoes. ** The place is too small for dinner parties, but c'mon over for wine and charcuterie! Two Ikea wine racks one-over-the-other, maximizes space. Functional, plus I like the way it looks. While Ikea is great for college students and folks starting out, the store continues to be a valuable resource for a number of my needs.

The rating would be one and half stars if possible but as that is not an option, one star it is. My…read moregirlfriend and I really wanted to give this Mattress Firm location five stars, especially after a strong start with the sales representative we worked with. Sadly, the final experience was soured and a reminder that it is not how you start but how you finish. While we enjoy the mattress, we will not be returning when it is time to furnish the remaining rooms of our new home. Initially, our experience was positive when we walked into the showroom. We were greeted by a knowledgeable sales agent who immediately helped us narrow down several beds within our budget. As we were furnishing the master bedroom first, we were willing to treat ourselves and opt for a higher end mattress. The sales agent was courteous, patient and explained the ins and out of each mattress type. Overall the selection process and payment was not only painless but also an overall pleasant experience. That would be the high point as Matress Firm would go on to snatch a one star review from the jaws of a five star. The sales person, Albert recommended an adjustable base to accompany our matresss. We had some concerns as neither of us had any experience with an adjustable base. We inquired about the compatiblity with an existing bedframe and the additional height to the height of the mattress. The sales agent glossed over our concerns stating that the frame would work with slats which was correct and that the adjustable base only added six inches. Admittedly, six inches did not sound terrible and we were under the impression that the base could be returned. Feeling confident with our purchased we finalized the amount on the screen and walked out shortly after looking forward to our new bed! Delivery went smoothly with the matress and adjustable base delivered the next day. It was immediately noticeable that the adjustable base made the mattress sit solidly higher than our two nightstands. We would have to reach down to reach anything, and we knew before even trying it that the adjustable base was not going to work for us. We moved the unused base to our guest room and made note to schedule a return. When we called Matress Firm, the very next day we learned the adjustable base was not returnable per company policy. We thought this must be a mistake but upon checking our electronic receipt there was indeed a non-returnable clause that our sales agent conveniently forgot to disclose. This so called clause was never shown on screen to swipe my credit card or mentioned in the terms and conditions of the items being purchased. We reached out to both the store and the corporate support number, but were stonewalled. Albert who was out on vacation was to be informed to call us back. He never returned our call and tooo the coward way out. Faced with the prospect of eating a 500 dollar loss and stuck with adjustable base of which we have no use for, I'm thankful I paid for the purchase for with my American Express and that AmEx was able to reimburse us for the base. We would have rather had a sales person who was honest and less knowledgeable and/or friendly than a wolf in sheep clothing who speaks half truths to make the sale. We had already planned to spend the money and a large amount at that. There was no need to be vague about the return policy. As shady as this company is, it's amazing they went bankrupt and in debt while misleading customers and lining their pockets. Do yourself a favor, patronize any other mattress store if you can or if you must, ensure you have some form of purchase protection.
