Literally offered to make the changes we wanted with a smile and reassurances that he'd work on it till we were thrilled with what we got. In the end our countertop looks amazing!!! Over the past 12 years, I have purchased my Guy Chaddock dining table, Jessica Charles chairs, custom-sized Century bedside tables and dresser, incredibly comfortable Shifman mattresses for my son and for our primary bedroom, and now our latest timeless addition, our new sofa, from Hendrixson's. Though it is always a hike from Center City to make it into the showroom, I've learned it is well worth the trip. The designers are knowledgeable, talented and patient. The delivery team was able to navigate my impossibly narrow stairwells without any damage (or swearing, which I would have done). Their integrity, personal attention, and genuine kindness were exemplary. They stand behind their furniture, and when we needed repairs due to scuffs or scratches that we accidentally committed, their staff did amazingly skillful repair work and were extremely responsive and professional. We very much enjoy our excellent relationship with our sales person, Ms. Linda Notoris, and all the sales people we interacted with were very nice and Mr. and Mrs. Hendrixson are the very epitome of kindness. We'll get back to you . . . . for delivery number 4. Ordered June 2022 and mostly paid; now February 2023 and still no table and chairs like we ordered.
