As we were recently diagnosed with COVID we were not game to ask for another delivery date as goodness knows when that would have been. We asked the delivery people to drop our couch on our outside deck and they refused (no idea why). They delivered into a carport and know we cannot move it into the house (we are both in our 70's and there are stairs leading into the house from the carport) but we could have if it had been delivered onto our deck. We had a great experience with the male salesman at the time of purchase however the female salesperson was rude both on the floor and on the phone. Very very very very bad. We ordered a lounge chaise lounge from them just under 3 weeks ago. Never…read moretold that it would be delivered in a BOX with no one home. Never got a phone call which we were told we would be getting. Never told that the courier would only put the two boxes only at the front door and not bring them in. They are too heavy for us to bring in and are broken and torn and then retaped together. Not once were we told that we would be assembling them and that even if we were not home that the item would be left. Totally understand that it was an online item. We went to the store at Aspley to see what the type of lounge was like and shown lounges similar to the one we were buy. We were happy with this. It is something that we have not done before, buying online. Never told it would be such a horrible experience like this. The guy I spoke to down south said put a tarp on it until I hear back from the company. Does he not know what the Queensland thunderstorms are like. It will take 24 to 48 hours for them to get back to us. In that time we will have a completely washed out lounge. If we were told this would be happening, we would of gone else where to buy our items. We have just moved into our house and have purchases so much furniture. Eureka, Early Settlers and Amart. Never had problems like this. What do we do. Just leave it outside. Just dreadful.

This store is lovely. It's so clean and white, and really makes you feel like you're walking into a bedding store. They sell some pretty awesome quilt cover sets, I bought one a few years ago and it's lasted me a long time. It's still on my bed actually. The staff are friendly and the store is filled with stock. A great store to get all your bedding needs. They even sell towels!

As my wife and I are both young I feel as though we weren't taken seriously as potential customers for the store. After approaching the registers advising them we wished to purchase the $700+ furniture suite the first thing we were asked was "so I assume you'll be wanting to put it on a payment plan?"... Offended I said no i'd like to pay for it now, and again I was asked "like a deposit? $50? $100?" "No thanks i'll pay the total in cash today". Every other visit we've had staff members walk past us in the store only to go up to someone (older) who had just entered the store to ask them if they need assistance.

It can be pretty expensive to shop here because it all adds up pretty darn quick, and logic dictates that some of the items just aren't worth $2.80, while others are worth more. It averages out in the end, but you need to be careful not to buy what you don't need, and shop around too, because you aren't necessarily always getting a bargain, but buy the right things and you're on a winner. A downside is a lot of the packaging information is in Japanese, so you're never quite sure what the item is. An upside is the Engrish. Always a joy!
