He arrived 15 minutes early the next day and got straight to work. The front door set did not work well and even the builder's QC team couldn't get it to work well. When I pointed that out to Brandon, he disassembled the lock several times and adjusting it to work smoothly. It now operates as it should. When he found that the builder installed a lever style door handle upside down, he installed it correctly. Every lock was lubricated and tested for function and fit. He provided four new keys and now the builder's master key no longer opens my house for better security. He gives a discount to veterans and senior citizens. He's very polite and courteous. I can't say enough positive things about his business ethics, his business operation, or himself. Great guy!

Called around to a lot of Locksmith, including Brownies and finally got C4 Auto Keys LLC, Prescott to come out and program. In 10 minutes, for regular going price, they had the 2 fabs programmed. Even though it's a 20 year old car. Just had to keep looking until I found the right people.

She said that Black Knight was "the best" and the service they use. I called him and was able to make an appointment the next day to have the locks rekeyed on a house I had just bought. He showed up right on time and it turned into quite a project. He kept after it and explained what he was doing and why at several points.
