He worked at my computer for 4 hours, then told me it would "need time to set and would work tomorrow" and that he would do the rest remotely from home. He insisted I sign a receipt that listed a bunch of work he had not done and then after he wrote " no refunds no exceptions". I guess he should have written "no refunds even if I never do the work" which is what happened. I paid him because he had all of my passwords so I was afraid he would f up my stuff before I could figure out how to change all the passwords.
