This place saved me!....I had not backed upto the big cloud in the sky! My iphone 7 had smacked the tile floor and not cracked but completely gone blank. I had lost my mother to breast cancer and had her last vmail on my phone for what will be the 3 rd year Jan 2 nd if I had lost that vmail and all my pictures what would I do? I was sick went to t mobile they said in order to save my info they would need the phone to turn on to back up what I never had!!! So I was sent to rio grande rather than apple in marlton - so desperate Nick spent four hrs with me to get my destroyed interior to allow a 45 minute back up! Nick was determined to help me get the kids photos and my mothers vmail-well he did everything and at the end put it all on a loaner phone till I could get a new phone today!! I can't say enough good things about Figytech and the people from there. I have a summer home and was at my wits end with a nest thermostat I had. Wouldn't go back online and would stop working. I called and they were out the next day they got it to work manually until I could order a new one and even told me how to get one for only $ 99 They explained everything to me. But the rest of this review is almost unbelievable. We came home to the nest going crazy. Turning air conditioner on and off. Wouldn't stop so I call at 930 at night surprised to have someone answer and he came right out. He was in the attic where he found the problem. He did not give up until he did and that was 2am in the morning! I've never had anyone work that hard. EVER. I had to have my heating repair company come out on Sunday to fix one of the problems. Than they came back to set in new thermostat and take the time to show me how to use it. Unreal. A few weeks ago I brought in my phone just to ask some questions about the problems I'd been having, and they figured out the issue and replaced my battery right then and there all for a VERY reasonable price. Incredibly reasonable, I wouldn't expect this kind of deal anywhere else. I also more recently needed an internal antenna replaced in my phone and they again, figured out the problem, ordered the replacement part, and had it replaced and in working order the very next day. Big props to Nick for being so cool about everything and getting everything so quickly, and to Angela for very skillfully disassembling my phone, replacing the part, and putting it all back together again within an impressive timeframe. They really came through even in the middle of a pandemic, when of course it's even more important than usual to have your devices functioning properly. My iPhone 6 was damaged by water. The phone was insured but not backed up. I had 10,000 + photos and videos along with important work information emails, texts, etc that had much more sentimental value then ten new iPhones would cost. I was searching for a reputable company to salvage all the pictures and documents and hopefully fix the phone. The person repairing my laptop never contacted me when he said he would, is at all, set the date back twice, only letting me known when I visited the store or called, and always spoke very curtly. After about two weeks in the shop, I got it back, and within a week it was having all the same issues as before. I decided it was more effort than it was worth and ordered a replacement, and the order day I opened the broken laptop up to switch some parts to find that a part I had been charged for wasn't there, and one of my sticks of RAM was missing. To summarize, terrible service, didn't fix the problem, charged me for a part that was never replaced, and another part, which was working fine was missing. read more

I had a terrific experience getting a phone battery replaced recently at Figytech in Rio Grande, NJ. The owner was extremely professional,thorough and the cost was reasonable. He carefully cleaned my phone before switching out the battery while I waited in the pleasant area provided. It seems that they handle all sorts of devices with issues- there was a laptop and an iPad taken in for repair work during my visit. I certainly plan to revisit as I accidentally cracked my iPad casing- I have confidence my issue will be resolved! Appointments are suggested for timely attention, but they are open for walk-in visits as well. Really happy to recommend. read more

I highly recommend going to see Nick. He was very kind and understanding of my situation. My cell phone died (wouldn't power on) and I took it to him to see if he could fix it. I had to leave my phone with him, but he gave me a cell phone (put my sim card in it, so I could still receive calls and texts from people who had my number) to borrow. Unfortunately, my cell phone was unable to be fixed :( However, Nick continued to let me borrow his cell phone until my new one came in (no charge). Came in & got my screen repaired recently. Convenient location with great parking on the side of the building. Clean and comfortable inside with a nice waiting area. It was a quick and easy process. I came right in, he took about 15 minutes to take apart the phone and put a new screen on it. Charges a fair price and includes a screen protector as well as a warranty. Most importantly, the customer service was awesome. The owner was efficient yet friendly. Started chatting about some of his other services and will definitely be back.
