The burger I ordered was dry and I'm sure the meat had bread (bread crumbs or like) added to it. The fries were ok. A little too salty. The desert was fairly plain. Tasted if purchased from a supermarket frozen section. The staff was good. They were friendly and helpful. Young people in their late teens and early twenties. There's games inside and an old west theme. For locals, this place may fit the bill for a taste of burgers and fries. Change of pace from Italian food. Unfortunately they aren't getting a good representation of American food. And for Americans visiting, I would recommend sticking to the numerous Italian restaurant choices available in Florence.
