Pistacchio - the pistachio didn't have a strong pistachio flavor. Creama di filo - mascarpone with a hint of white wine. I felt like the white wine overpowered the mascarpone. Cachi (persimmon) - very grainy. The flavor resembled persimmon but texture was off. Caffe (coffee) - was my favorite! It had a strong coffee flavor. Menta e cioccolato (mint chip) - I haven't seen mint chip gelato anywhere else. This was very good. The only place that served gelato in waffle cones! The waffle cone was crunchy but didn't have a lot of flavor.

My wife and I both decided to go back again in our second night since we are leaving early the next morning. We both agreed that this place is the best gelato parlor in town. The place is clean and surprisingly it is also the cheapest of all the shops that we visited during our two days stay. We will definitely come back again when we visit Florence again.
