Federico and Fernando his driver picked us up at our port and drove us to his ristorante. Ten minute drive and we were ready to start. 6 members of our group from 15-80 years old. This by far was our favorite part of our trip. The Ristorante was a perfect setting for a cooking class and fantastic meal. We learned how to make homemade Bolognese sauce, gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, tiramisu, veal saltimbocca. This was a hands on class not just a demonstration. Fabulous class. The pizza was good but reminded me of something I could order back home. The restaurant is always busy, but they have plenty of seating inside and out.
