The sauce was chunky, gritty, and super heavily spiced with ginger... so thick it was hard to pour over the fish. At The Bee Farm, the sauce is a smooth creamy sauce that had a great light flavor, and was served with cassava chips instead of brown rice. We were pretty disappointed, especially because our server told us one wouldn't be enough for two people so we ordered two. Then we didn't like them and left the majority of both on the table when we left. My other friend liked his salad with fruit and nut, though. That said, the mango shake (half sugar) I had was great and my friend liked his halo-halo. Silvanas - Filipino frozen cookie and like Sans Rival it is base on French Dacquoise dessert cake. The buttercream is sandwiched between two cashew- meringue wafers coated with cookie crumbs.
