- ill-deko ... Gaslights 4 fun & is the absolute worse thing that has ever happened to our planet and time line. I've had to see three other therapists, just to heal from the misfortune of a year w/ her. Please don't put your self through her sadistic process. Let me give you a synopsis: she is gonna meet you in someone else's office for your first session. Then you'll go to her home. She'll open the entire 40 minutes talking about her other clients, how much she hates her dad's wife, how lucky her adopted daughter is. She'll brag about everyone in the prison industrial complex who had the misfortune of becoming her sadistic play thing. How she learned her process by playing with the psychological inner workings of those already in prison.Brags about how well the city payed when she had no experience or knew what she was doing. How no matter what she did to them, she got paid, and she learned how to get them in trouble if they ever didn't play along with her. - ill-dookie Cut her teeth on prisoners. She'd gaslight them, make them go crazy and when she knew they were good and ready to pop, she'd arrive with guard and when they would spit at her and call her out. They would get beaten by the guards for insulting her and get thrown in solitary. And as she'd put it: "Then they needed me to sign off on their safety to others and them selves." - "Now I have the Laugh Factory, the owner is Persian and really nice. He pays to send these comedians to me." Stories about how messed up comedians are. "Losers," who can't function. Good thing the "laugh factory runs a soup kitchen for the homeless." ..... comedians are good business specially when the nice Persian guy from the laughfactory pays for it. A recurring pattern is she gets institutions, the city and employers to pay for her services. So she isn't accountable to the people she plays with for fun and uses in every way. Whatever it is that you do if she can get you to do things for her for free she will. (And I'm sure brags about it to her other clients, leveraging them to try to do things for her and family too.) I'm not gonna include the really hurtful and judgmental things she'd say about her clients, but here is how she would say hello. By talk'n about the people she had just seen: - "I have this model client, who was burnt. Now she comes to me. She was so vain, all she had going for her, was being a model and her looks. Well now she is all burnt. You'll probably see her, don't tell her all the stuff I told you about her. - "This one guy wrote a bad review about my last dog. I had him committed. I called the cops and forcibly removed him from his home and had him committed. He needed me to sign off on his mental health before they let him out too." Lol - "My daughter is so lucky I adopted her. Her birth mom was a junkie." "She wasn't going to try to take her back, but I made sure she couldn't even if she tried. Now we are friendly, she answers me anytime I want." - "My dad's wife is such a b****! She put all of the china in a box on the drive way....." This was the most recurring hateful rant. The dad's wife came up regularly. As we sat and had our meetings under a framed box full of her dad's metals. She talked about him, as the only achievement in her life. Bragging about his metals, and soon after calling his wife names, than going into a story of someone = who she was paid to take care of = played with + gaslit. Acted like she had no idea what was going on when and if they confronted her. Than she would push them till they Brock and that she would use the system against them. = All the stories would end with "Now he needs me. Now she needs me. Now they need me to vouch for them and their safety to him/ her self and others." Her eyes would thin out more than usual w/ a toothy grin. - At some point, she brought in this really young guy who didn't even have his license to practice yet. But she brought him in to practice on us (her clients) Because as she put it, "he is such a cute boy!" She left town and gave us all his number to call. When we called, he basically said he wasn't licensed and couldn't do anything so we should just wait for her to get back. Let's talk about her toys: She loves using EMDR. She'll connect her devices to you, and/or have you hold on to them. Then she'll take you to the most hurtful and traumatizing things that have ever happened in ur life Sit in front of you, pull out her phone and will be on Facebook, IG, Amazon or just googling random things while you are crying and falling apart. Once you are decimated. She'll say something to the effect of "You are fun, all of my other clients are boring yoga pants wearing people who've had nothing interesting happen to them. She IS everything all the bad reviews say about her, and she should be fired from all clients and all jobs. She can't do anything properly. My replacement therapist after her told me what she did to me was an unfair argument on me and improper of her to message a family member of mine instead of directly to me. Not only does she have no competency in treating ADHD, she can't help anyone with any psychological issue. She especially can not help people who have anger and anger management issues; and those who have past hurts and want to seek justice for it. When you elaborate these issues to her and say you want to do something about it; she takes that as a personal threat on her, when actually it's not nor a real threat at all. My current therapist has more experience than her and can actually differentiate an angry disgruntled patient from a real crime committer; whereas she just sees both as real potential for crime and need to be jailed up. My current psychologist says he had a patient who talked about doing stuff and later found out that the patient was just a very angry person and not a real threat out to do anything. Then he tells me a story about another patient who after careful examination, this psychologist discovered that this ex-veteran was just really angry for not getting what he deserved and not a real psychopath. This psychologist even worked with this vet and got him a happy ending to his issue and story. This is the kind of stuff a real therapist should be doing, investigating and analyzing a person and seeing the root cause of the criminal mindset and then determining whether they are a real threat or not. This dumb lady would never do such listening or work like that. She would just have no patience to listen to it all and just say, this person's a criminal with potential to commit a crime, lock them up forever. She would just say people like that need to be in jail when actually they don't. She thinks even anyone with even a little bit of bad thoughts should be in jail because of their thinking without fully analyzing why they would think that way or want to do something to somebody. Everyone has someone they hate and someone they get mad at that they think about doing something to that person for a split second but doesn't mean they will actually do it, it's just a rage filled angry thought they have at the moment and not an actual action. That's what a good psychologist would identify in these kind of patients whereas this lady will just say this person can commit a crime, lock them up forever. This lady is just too sensitive in general and to be a therapist. That's why she will see any angry patient as a potential criminal, cause she's too sensitive to analyze and be a psychologist. In the end of my session with her, she said she wasn't the best therapist for me but overall, she's not the best for anyone at all. She can't help anyone with her sensitive mind and she's not a good fit for any patient to see, not just me. In conclusion, she's just too sensitive to be a therapist and yes, aggressive behavior is not the way to approach and help someone who is in need of therapy. Don't see this lady if your going for anger, hurt, disgruntled issues or any issues at all for that matter. She probably can't help with other issues like depressed patients or perverted patients or even retardation either. She can't help people with cussing issues and will just respond with yelling "the language you use is unacceptable." She will just yell at depressed patients making them more sad than ever. And who knows how she treats patients with a perversion issue. Just don't see this lady cause she can't help with any issues you have. Not sure how or where she got her Ph. D. from cause she is not Ph. D. grade psychologist. She will even retaliate on anyone for any offense to her such as writing bad reviews of her or even bad mouthing her, even in her face, or even disagreeing with her. And I know I wrote a lot, because you can literally write and book about this. You can write a whole novel about how this lady is a horrible psychologist and person in general. That actually sounds like a good idea. Someone go write that book about how this lady is a horrible therapist and get it published and it will sell out as a legit book people will actually believe. Sadly, I'll be echoing most of the reviews here. I regret to say that my experience with therapist Ildiko Tabori was exceedingly disappointing. Frankly, I question whether she has the basic skill set in kindness required to be a server in a restaurant, let alone serve as a professional therapist. My first impression was marred by her utter lack of professionalism. She would commence our sessions by eating, which was not only distracting but also blatantly disrespectful. Therapy is supposed to be a sacred space for healing, and her behavior detracted from that ideal. Her overall attitude was both combative and arrogant, which made our sessions feel more like confrontations than opportunities for growth. A therapist should ideally be a neutral party who facilitates meaningful dialogue, but with Ms. Tabori, I felt like I was walking into an emotional battleground. One particularly troubling aspect of her practice was her habit of using her own life as the "baseline for normal." For me, this was disconcerting and wholly inappropriate. A therapist should not impose their own life circumstances as a metric for their clients' well-being. The culmination of these ongoing issues reached a boiling point in our final session. I found myself compelled to raise my voice and I ended up disconnecting the Zoom call abruptly. This was an unprecedented action for me in any therapeutic relationship I've ever been a part of. This was the last straw in what felt like a string of unprofessional and detrimental behaviors. My interactions with her felt more akin to a dysfunctional relationship than a therapeutic alliance, and for this reason, I cannot recommend her services for anyone seeking mental health support. Yes! She does more damage than help to you in therapy. You are going to need therapy after her therapy. Yes, you will need more therapy and more help after going to her therapy sessions. Does not help at all, only causes more damage and trauma to the patients. And don't listen to the good review about her here, it's a lawyer friend of hers who's only trying to help her and promote her horrid business. Wow! I can't believe I see a 1.6 rating for her here. Shows that I'm not the only one with bad experiences seeing her. She is such a terrible therapist. Not only does she yell at her patients like she's a teacher, but she also can't do things properly, in a proper manner, and professional too. My preceding therapist, who replaced her, says what she did to me wasn't right and unprofessional. She didn't do her procedures properly contacting my family members instead of me directly, and not keeping things confidential with me. And she will traumatize you with her therapy sessions. Looks like that how she is to all her patients and hasn't changed her ways at all over the years. Wow! But I'm glad I'm not alone in this, that I'm not the only one who had a bad time with her nor the only one who thinks she's the worst therapist ever. Wow! From my experience seeing her, all the bad reviews explained here are true and can be confirmed. She is a horrible therapist and an evil lady. Dr. Tabori is not a good therapist. She left me feeling unheard, judged, and cornered during our sessions. Her unprofessionalism and lack of effort to create a safe space for me as her patient has been disappointing. Despite my attempts to engage with her, I often felt like the worst human being, as she seemed uninterested in understanding my past trauma. She made faces, roll her eyes, and raised her brows when I ask her to get to know me better. I regret not reading the Yelp reviews before choosing her as my therapist, as my experience aligns with the negative feedback from others. Dr. Tabori's dismissive attitude and reliance on notes from our initial intake interview made me feel like she already had her mind made up about me.
