Am I still going to Dr. Jeff? You betcha. I think I'm getting an addiction to feeling so good…read more During the ongoing treatments, Dr. Jeff gives you various exercises to practice at home, and while I am not very compliant in practicing them regularly, they really help when I do them. The atmosphere in his office is so upbeat and positive, it makes you feel better just to go there. But of course the greatest benefits are from his treatments, with his magical fingers that just get into the places that ache and heal them. Since going to Dr. Jeff I can feel a difference during my daily activities: When I'm driving, it's much easier to turn around and look out the window when I'm changing lanes, my neck feels so much looser. My lower back pain has gotten much better, I feel more energy and, really, my vision seems to have improved. I look forward to the continuing ongoing changes, 'cause I'll be back!

BEWARE If you are considering Dr. Listiak for neuropathy…read moretreatment here are a few things to consider: He has a one size fits all program for everyone who walks in the door. The plan consists of different phases which costs of about $5,000.00. You are encouraged to pay this amount up front. If not then you must contract for installments and provide a copy of a check from your checking account, The different phases consist of some lab work, supplements, diet and lifestyle, a couple of neuropathy at home treatment devices and chiropractic treatments and exercises. The problem is that none of the tests or examinations may reveal the cause of your neuropathy, nor may any of the treatments work at all on your specific type of neuropathy. Even if you have some abnormal labs Dr. Listiak is unable to tell for sure if that is causing your neuropathy. In my case I received no benefit whatsoever from the treatment, and no insight in to the cause of my condition from the labs or examination. I believe this practioner takes a rather greedy and dishonest approach to how he sells his service. i would recommend going to a good neurologist who specializes in neuropathy for testing before paying $5,000.00 to someone with no neurology training and no idea of the chances for success.

Let this be a lesson to everyone to check reviews before making an appointment…read more Everything said in past reviews is true. I had one meeting with this woman that didn't even last the full time because her professional behavior was so abhorrent that I could not continue in the space with her. She is supposed to be a mental health professional; someone who helps. Instead she snarks, blames, and makes you feel worse. She does not understand what trauma-informed care looks like, and frankly I don't think she cares. I have moved many times in the last 6 years due to a combination of my job and chronic health issues. At the start our meeting she spent about 5 minutes berating me for taking so long to make an appointment and prioritize my mental health. She then proceeded to compare me and my life to her 20-something daughter and mocked me for growing up in the Midwest because I "can't understand how the real world works in LA" (her words). This is the worst clinician I have ever had the experience of speaking with. As soon as I left our appointment I filed a complaint with the licensing board against her. She is a disgrace to the profession and seems like she does more harm to her clients than she helps. I get the impression that if I struggled with thoughts of self harm she would be a person to belittle the person and potentially make them thoughts worse for them. I do not recommend this "professional" to anyone. There is nothing that could ever be said or done that would convince me to have another conversation with her. -10/10

There is something psychologically wrong with this woman. The reviews people have left her are…read morefrightening. I suspect her 2 positive reviews are phony. I've known people who have had sessions with her. She is mean spirited, combative, and demeaning within 5 minutes of first meeting. This is not a "tough" approach, she abuses patients with her angry arguments, judgments, and without an iota of compassion. I debated writing this because it's so damning, but it could save someone's life: one of the famous comics, that was very public about being her patient, committed suicide. It is my belief that had he been under better care from an ethical and kind therapist, he would still be alive. Just read every other review, something dark is going on with her.
