He appeared drunk, or possibly just very excited about "owning the libs". It was hard to tell. I found out later he'd left a wet trail of urine from my living room to my second bedroom. I'm still getting the smell of whatever he did to the bedsheets in there, out. He may plausibly have a better career path as a male stripper for blind people.

We gave Roxanna all of our likes, dislikes, and our budget. After that she was showing us listings that we had not seen yet. When we told her that we liked a certain house, she was quick to go check out the area to make sure it was fit for us and our children. I really liked that. She would always tell us that, "Finding your dream home takes time' and she understood that, when making multiple trips around Fort Myers to look at houses for us. ALOT OF TRIPS!! She even did video calls with us to show us the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Or to point out things that she didn't like about the house that we couldn't see. I thought that was so smart of her to do that. When we finally found the "dream house" she continued to work with us to get everything that we asked for. We couldnt have done the final walk through without her. Alot of the things we asked for were not done and there was alot of trash left at the house. It was a very stressful day, but Roxanna stayed calm and continued to fight for us. Once we closed on the house, she didn't dissappear like most agents do. She stuck around and made sure we felt comfortable. She even came to the final signing with us!!! Not many agents do that. We were truly blessed to have Roxanna working with us.
