Anyhow, landscaping services are basically maintenance and will do what you ask. I had an idea in my head of what we (read what I) wanted, and needed someone to be honest with what was doable, and how much maintenance I really wanted outside spring and fall. We had paid 2 other landscape designers for plans, neither hit the mark. Out of desperation I did a Google search. Some wouldn't work with us for under 50K, claimed was doing homes in our neighborhood for 100K+. We're not taking a loan out for landscaping! Anyhoo, Jerry was on my list. I haven't seen him around like others with trucks and such over the years, and I'm SO sorry it took so darn long. My neighbors were not happy with the sad shape of landscaping we tried to install over the last few years, so we needed to do something. Long story, bear with me as landscaping is permanent and expensive. Jerry comes along. Listens to my crazy ideas. Asks me how much personal time I want to maintain or pay for weekly maintenance, very little to none I said. He adapted what I wanted to something that was doable and freaking beautiful! Not only that, what he couldn't use of what we had up front, he set up in our sad looking yard, and my breath was taken away. Simple, but beautiful and now I can easily build upon myself. But I'm wiser now, so will call Jerry back. I drove home the opposite way for weeks just so I could take a good long look at all that was done. I couldn't look at it enough! Money definitely well spent! He has before pictures as well as after, and I see what it looks like, and I cringe. Call Jerry. Nice guy. Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. These were complete remodels- floor, walls, vanity, sink, minor plumbing( toilet and faucets). Words cannot describe how pleasant it is to work with Mike and Christy. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! They charged me $6 per stem -- not for premium or exotic flowers, but for basic, older-looking flowers I could've gotten at Whole Foods or Jewel-Osco for a fraction of the price. On top of that, they added extra charges for basic decorations that any decent florist would include. The worst part? The final product looked nothing like the beautiful arrangements they advertise. It was a generic, uninspired bouquet that was nowhere near worth what I paid. This place is all about overcharging and underdelivering. Save yourself the disappointment and buy your flowers elsewhere. I ended up paying $118.80 for a 15 stems basic bouquet. There are plenty of better options that won't scam you.
