Terrible customer service. I wanted to exchange a tree that they promised to do for me, but after 3…read moremonths of trying to get them on the phone they refused to do it and they refused to honor their guarantee and they refused to compromise and at least remove it instead of replacing it. As a matter of fact the owner accused me of being a thief and trying to get a free tree. Ridiculous after spending thousands of dollars there. Also, they were very rude and have bad tempers. I was in tears over the way he talked to me.

My hedges are trimmed with precision, the mulch is spread perfectly. I just had him install a huge outdoor kitchen with a built in grill and sink and electric. His guys are great. He had lots of great ideas for making the space more useable and saving cost on installation. I talked with another company and Likes Landscaping was priced very competitively. He even fixed some loose pavers from the previous years work while they were installing the new patio. I have plans for them to build me a mail box with a planter out of stone and install a flag stone walkway to my garage entrance. There are a-lot of landscaping companies but only one Paul Likes. Thanks Paul!!!!
