I can only imaging what other elderly he has ripped off or left in a dangerous situation. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone with a complex issue. I hired Rishi to install a HVAC system last September. When he did the walk through he said the…read moreelectrical system needs updating to handle new HVAC. He said he'll also do that job for an additional $6,000 in addition to the $17,000 for the HVAC system. He kept adding additional work that needed doing at the house, asking from more money but starting the projects and not finishing. He ended up taking $42,000 and buying over $10,000 in material which cannot be accounted for. The HVAC heating never worked and the electrical bill running it was over $600. We ended up hiring another company to fix the boiler system. In May when the temp increased the cooling system did not work. Samsung was contacted and after many weeks of dealing directly with Samsung the a/c worked. I'm not even going to bother using heat from the HVAC system. My electric shut down in half the house a few weeks ago and Rishi kept saying he was coming to check in and after 3 times of waiting all day and the electric shutting down in the who house I contacted another electrician. Turns out he never upgraded the panel box and just created a sub panel. This guy ended up stealing over $42,000 from me. Run far from this guy, Samsung said he is NOT a Samsung certified technician but has only signed up to install their units.

He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished.
