I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I would not hesitate to call them again.

My mother went there this morning with a lamp that's switch was broken. She showed me over the…read morephone the problem, it simply needed tightening, but I was not in the area to assist. The owner took the lamp in back to look at and repair, in less than 5 minutes he brought it back ready-to-go; however, he charged her $25 plus tax. When she questioned him if why such a basic job cost so much he had no answer. He never gave her a quote, he just fixed it and charged an inflated rate. Most reputable repair stores would have tightened it for free, or charged a small service fee. There are plenty of family-run reputable electrical repair shops in the area, go anywhere but here! Horrible service, horrible owner, be warned!

Carrie listened to our vision of the space and lighting and used her great professional knowledge of available products and visual effects to design our lighting plan. When we showed Carrie some obscure photo of a fixture she was able to acquire it or just as often show us an alternate product that was even better. In every instance that we opted to go with her recommendation we were super happy with the result. Our rustic log cabin addition is cozy and well lit with indirect lighting and high tech ceiling fans that accentuate the space. It feels like we are visiting a high end resort every day.
