This is my update for clinic IMA....Imagine going to this clinic for a few years and following thru with all labs (CBC ) included ....Then becoming very ILL with Pneumonia and losing mobility due to a spinal injury from a MVA ...This doctor knows the medications I was on for many years, however b/c his receptionist tells him I cancelled 12x which is a huge exaggeration and tried to reschule ....This Doctor knows my circumstances have been very serious with Pneumonia and my spine out rendering me with zero mobility and in extreme pain ....and I call in refills and medications have now been denied !! Serious meds for Serious conditions and they are REFUSING TO REFILL until I go in for their physical when i am in severe pain and paralysis and pneumonia !! I can't walk !! And struggling to breathe for God's sakes and they cut off my meds ?? Very disturbing and Cruel, not to mention negligence... Anyone wishing to pursue that class action ... This place is unprofessional, and medical malpractice can occur any time. This is what happened to me: I took my daughter to IMA Healthcare to remove something on her left side of the face that looked like a mold. They scheduled an appointment my daughter's appointment with an unprofessional, inexperienced, and ruthless physician assistant, whose name is Victoria Punton. She did not care to calm down my daughter and wait before removing the mold. She took a blade and started cutting the skin without right after she numbed the spot and cut extra skin due to negligence. I say negligence because she did not wait at all until my daughter stops crying and shaking her body. Now, my daughter has a bigger scar on her face than what we expected. read more

I have been a patient here several years. Over the years, I felt that I was receiving the best care possible. Until I had to go to another healthcare provider for an emergency. I was told I had terminal cancer. Cancer that had metastasized to my bones. Apparently, almost all medical professionals in the F/M area knew this. They were told I was trying to set up the Mayo Clinic, and two doctors specifically, for a medical malpractice lawsuit. Mayo Clinic has been hacking my phones for iver 10 years now, thats how long it took the cancer to spread. They still won't get off my phones. They have involved IMA, Sanford, Prairie Saint John's, Lakeland Mental Health (bribing them for a bipolar diagnosis) to maje me look crazy, paying my landlird (RKAK Realty and Property Managment) for unlimited access to my apartmebt, so they can have people remove my bank statements, medical records, birth certificate, social security card, medicare card, library card, oprescription insurance catds, and even my personal photos. Mayo Clinic paid my brother millions of dollars to assist in my management, so i wouldnt and couldnt sue. He is a medical dictor in Fargo, ND, who also received a new clinic from Mayo Clinic, and brand new His and Her-s Lincoln Navigators. And! A new sports car for their, then 13-year-old son. They paid my best friend Melanie Milam hundreds of thousands if dollars to help "manage" me. Their plan was to have me diagnosed as bipolar, and put on social security disabilty as bipolar, since they had fired me after finding out I my cancer was tetminal. I had a Nuclear Bone Scan done, it lit up like a Christmas tree. Melanie took me to the social security office (I was heavily medicated to appear bipolar, i guess,) she took me up to this white woman with really short, blonde, curly hair. I was on disability within a month. The miracles that Mayo Clinic can make happen. Then Melanie took to an apartment Mayo picked out with the owner, Chris Anda, Anda Properties and Anda Construction. My apartment had cameras with sound installed in every room, even my minor daughter's bedroom! They had hacked into my internet, taking over my home internet and blowing up every laptop, desktop, printer, anything that was on my network. MAYO CLINIC wanted to keep me from talking, contacting an attorney, social media, talking to family or friends. Then Melanie brought me to IMA. I love my primary care physician's assistant. However, none of my x-rays, labs, or anything else reflect my true health status. It is all bull crap. Mayo clinic is waiting for me to drop dead, so they can get their "medical examiner" to say I died from a heart attack from obesity and smoking. Everything Mayo has done since I first saw them on December 26, 2006, has been rewritten by their staff secretaries. I received a physical here one time about two years ago (I was freshly 21 at the time). I forgot my insurance card so the receptionist told me to email a picture, so I did. I got my physical and had an awful experience, so I chose not to return. Almost two years later (this past Friday), I got a notification of a new collections account on my credit report for $550... original creditor IMA. Apparently my insurance never got updated, and even though they had my correct address on file, I never received any of the 60 bills the supposedly sent me. So I'm stuck with a $550 bill and a collections account on my credit report, which could've been easily resolved 2 years ago if they would have simply picked up the phone and CALLED me to let me know that they never updated my insurance, or that I owed them money. read more

I cannot say enough about ima Healthcare. I have referred a dozen friends to them and they are all happy. Easy access, front door parking, onsite lab, they have it all. But, most importantly they truly care about their patients and take the time that is needed. Plus, when you make an appointment with your provider, you actually get to see your provider, as opposed to being passed on to someone else. You cannot go wrong with ima Healthcare. read more

I had gone to IMA and Dr. Odedra-Mistry as I was having hormonal issues and was at the end of my rope with fatigue and many other issues. She treated me like garbage and was rude. She never really followed up with me and told me she was unsure what my results meant and could refer me on if I wanted. No help or anything. Don't waste your money going to her. I have been seeming Dr. Hell for a decade now and he is amazing with diagnosing problems. Staff is always so friendly and the other physicians I have seen are friendly and have great bedside manner. I personally it's the most caring healthcare team in town. When I am not able to see Dr. Hella, I am able to see another provider within the same week or day I wanted! They are great at making sure you can get in and be seen by someone. From the front desk to radiology and lab all the way to the nurses and docs, they are all friendly and great! read more

I recently utilized the services of IMA Healthcare for some chronic pain I have been experiencing. I chose their facility because I felt in the past I had gotten the run around from larger medical facilities in the area. Well it seems that, in the end, they are all the same. The doctor visit was very informal and lacked the compassion I had hoped to receive. At one point she insinuated the pain may be psychosomatic. But I went ahead and scheduled a CT scan. And I waited, and waited, and waited, for the results. I received no contact but I did receive a bill about a week later. I had to call them and ask for the results to be mailed. They blamed the administering facility for the lapse. I would suggest sticking to the larger facilities (Sanford, Essentia) in the area since IMA has to refer you to them for testing anyways. read more

I've been going to IMA and seeing Dr. Lillestol for many years now. I'm an anomaly when it comes to my health and Dr. Lillestol plays a pivotal role every time I see him. I usually have to go every three months if not sooner depending upon my needs and my health. He always listens, is very professional and answers any questions I may have. The office is clean and sanitary. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with his treatment and care. read more

IMA is my "go-to" healthcare facility. The administrataive staff is welcoming, and the doctors, physician assistants, and nurses are top-notch.Wait time has been minimal. I have found them to be very attentive and thorough in their diagnosis and have conveyed my test results in a very timely manner. Further, they always ask if I have any questions. The few referrals I've received have been excellent. read more
