I check my bank statements this morning and when he took my phone to tap it on his to pay, he charged me once for $250 and then tapped again and charged $300. Of course I wasn't aware of what he was doing as again, I had a few drinks during my night. Taking advantage of a vulnerable WOMAN who just needed a safe ride home is disgusting and of course there is no way to reach this fake company. Now I have to order a new bank card bc I'm 100% getting my $500 back and he now dropped me off for free bc he thought he could be slick and grimey. We have used these folks for years and they are GREAT!…read more Completely reliable (always on time if not early), the drivers are helpful and polite, they usually have bottled water for us waiting in the car, the cars are clean and well maintained, and they are always accommodating, even on short notice. We use them regularly for airport transfers and have also used them when departing on a cruise. They do the driving and drop you right at the curb; SO much more convenient and less stressful than driving yourself, cruising the parking lot for an empty space, then schlepping your suitcases through the garage, down an elevator, across the Sky Bridge.... Well, you get the idea. Travel is stressful enough. The rates are easily more economical than parking your own car in some random garage for several days (especially at the airport), and you have the security of knowing your vehicle is safe at home.
