new owners. do not use this company. my mom was a long time client and had a pick up scheduled. they never showed up and will not answer the their phones. I ended up having to call her an uber to make it to the airport in time. the old owners would have NEVER allowed this to happen. This used to be the best service in town and now I will be looking for a new company or find out if the old owner will still take clients. such a shame to see the new ownership destroy such a great company. read more

We used them twice and both times went flawlessly! Umar, our first driver was on time, polite, safe and worked efficiently fast in loading our luggages! My husband and I had to travel for a move and choose Airman to transport us to the airport and had a fantastic experience! First of all, we are both extremely cautious due to COVID-19 and would have avoided travel until the world was safer but had no choice. Airman is a safe choice - the driver will stay in the car if you choose (if you can handle the bags yourself) and they sent us a larger car (massive van) so we could have distance and sit in the back. We also noticed sanitizer and the driver wore a mask the whole time. All in all, from a coronavirus perspective, it was a safe and comfortable choice. Bookings are easy - Leela is very sweet and professional and confirms all details. Our driver, Jerrell, was fun to chat with, professional and a fantastic driver. I can't say enough about how perfectly satisfied I have been with Airman Transportation. I had heard about them through a local Facebook group where people were seeking a reliable ride service to get to the airport. I saved that post for later just in case. When the time came, I tried to look into the shuttle services, and was immediately turned off by their complicated reservation forms, and the whole being picked up at 3am and driving around to load up other riders was not what I wanted to deal with. Uber and Lyft seemed dodgy, you can reserve a future ride, but there is no guarantee that someone will be available at that time. That's too risky if you are traveling to the airport. I don't know anyone well enough locally to ask for a ride either. Then I remembered, the Facebook post! I emailed them with a quote request, and Leela was there with a near immediate response. She made it easy and seamless. We set up a pick up time, and the day of, I got a text letting me know that my driver is on the way then another to let me know when they have arrived. We got picked up in a slick black, comfy, and clean town car. No worries, I got my ride on time and was going where I needed to be! Leela and Jerell are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They are so kindhearted and such beautiful people to chat with along the way, there is no anxiety or awkward silence. They treat you like a VIP all the way! So much so, that I have chosen to use Airman Transportation each time to and from the airport, I even set up a ride for my mom when she came to visit and she was very impressed with them as well. The best thing is that I don't have to worry about whether my ride will be there or not! They have been reliable each time and that really takes much stress off my shoulders. I can absolutely say from the point of inquiring a quote to the drop off to my home, the service was impeccable! The response time from my inquiry was quick, leaving no room to wonder if I need to inquire for another pick up, and the quote was reasonable. The driver was very punctual and got us to the airport safely and on time even though their was traffic. Before he took another route he asked if it was ok. I have two daughters that needed a booster and Airman provided both a booster. upon pick up one was blue and one was pink. When we returned he remembered to provide two pink boosters, because the girls were arguing over who was going to get the pink one. I scheduled a 4:30 am pickup for the airport. Not only did they arrive a few minutes early, they called, texted and emailed me to let me know they were there. We live in an area where GPS often sends deliveries to the wrong location so I really appreciated the extra communication to make sure they were at the correct location. My family of seven went to vacation to Seattle a few weeks ago. Transportation was tricky because we were bookending our Alaskan cruise by spending a few days in Seattle. So we needed several rides: from the airport to our hotel, our hotel to the port, port pick-up and back to the hotel a week later, and then a ride back to the hotel. With the number of us and our luggage, uber would not have been the most fiscally responsible option so upon doing research for various options, I found Airman. Upon the first contact, Leela was was AWESOME in the early correspondence. She gave us VERY competitive quotes and even helped out with the proper timing as we had no idea what traffic/travel was like in Seattle. Susan was our driver 3 out of 4 times (didn't get our last driver's name) and she was amazing! Extremely prompt (actually, she was early every time!) and communication was easy. Getting picked up from cruise ports is always tricky but she always had her phone on her and was always checking in on us to make sure we had the right meeting place. Used Airman Transportation car service for airport to and from SeaTac airport. I needed a car service that provided car seats for 2 toddlers. From the moment I called to inquire about their services Leela ( the owner) was very helpful and patient . Her driver Kenna who did most of the driving was on time and very courteous and helpful . We used them for additional services such as pickup and drop off to the ferry. I also had to change some of the plans and request different pickup times due to my toddlers becoming very tired and needing to go back to the hotel and Leela handled all the changes professionally and accommodated our family .
