anyone with a family knows that getting a perfect family picture with two toddlers can be stressful and down right scary but for some reason we put ourselves through the pain and hope to find a phothographer or photography company that will be able to catch that moment and not hate you for the chaos your family created. I just turned 30 and wanted pictures to have so I can show my kidd that mommy was hot once upon a time. My boyfriend got me the groupon that included the photoshoot, make up, and 3 touched pics. By the end of the shoot we loved the pics so much we purchased 8 more. The makeup artist was fantastic and my photographer made me feel super comfortable!! I was extremely grateful bc I was exposed in most of my pictures. The only down fall was sorting through all the pictures in the end. It took us about an hr. I bought vouchers for two friends of mine that visited me from abroad and both loved it! They were extremely happy with the service and more imporantly the end results, the pictures. I accompanied one friend and could see how professional they are working. So finally last June I went for myself and had the same great experience as my friend. Due to sickness I had to change the date last minute and eventhough this would cost according to their conditions they were very generous and offered me other appointments. Not feeling much better when I went there, the guy cheered me up and took the lead in helping me to achieve beautiful pictures. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STUDIO WAS AMAZING!!! I would give it 10 starts if I could! Starting with Danny, who is the first person you'll speak to on the phone. He was incredible, genuine, sweet and made sure we had the best experience possible and completely over exceeded that! He also goes through your pictures at the end, and really helps you sort through your stuff. Moving onto His team - starting with Stephanie - the make up and hair artist - SHE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Making me look flawless- she did an absolutely phenomenal job. My hair and make up were beyond outstanding, not to mention her fun, outgoing sweet personality made the whole experience even better- I took her personal info cuz there is no doubt that I'll only be using her to do my make up for any future events or photo shoots. Legit though. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. and then frank- the photographer, saving the best for last. The way he works the camera, the room and energy he brings is incredible. I was doing a maternity shoot and frank really made both of us feel extremely comfortable which was a big deal!! He was calm, chill and an amazing photographer. Literally every shot he took was incredible. He was creative, as I did come with some ideas but he really helped make those a reality! He really worked with us and overall the entire experience was beyond pleasant - as soon as the baby is born I do plan on going back and working with this entire team!!! I purchased a photo shoot session groupon for image 1st. The crew (photographers) were very professional and accommodating. However, the product and package options were EXTREMELY limited. Basically you either had to take everything for sky-high price or nothing. The worst part is the period of time you have to wait for the final product to be delivered to you. I only ordered two pictures and they asked me to wait 4 Weeks. They really meant 4 Weeks. After that experience I did my own research and realized that there are many other favorable photo shoot studios available, with a better pricing and product selection. I went here for my very first boudoir photo shoot and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back and I am sending all of my friends here! I had Kristina and Kayla on my team both were wonderful at creating great looks out of the clothes I brought. Kristina did a great job with hair and make-up and was doing touch ups throughout the session and wardrobe changes. Kayla is a fan-tabulous photographer and makes you feel relaxed and at ease right away, even if you don't know what you are doing. At the end of the day, I sat down in front of the photos and looked at all of the great shots Kayla had taken. Danny lent his expert eye and helped me pick out the best which was a real help! Everyone here is very professional, and does a great job. I ended up getting a package which included all my untouched cd's on a disk so I already have those. I am so excited and can't wait to see the retouched ones I picked out. I purchased a voucher on groupon for eleven dollars and was so excited to take pictures with this company. I heard so many wonderful things about them. I was also nervous because this was my very first photo-shoot as i try to stay away from the camera. I'm not very photogenic. My friends and family insisted that the guys here are great and i not only would love my pictures but would find myself spending more money, because the quality of the pictures are amazing! I arrived early for my appointment and my photographer was VERY nice, But she seemed to be in a hurry. My appointment was at 4:30 PM so perhaps everyone was in a hurry to wrap things up. On the voucher they promised to couch you on body language before shooting the pictures, that was not done. The voucher is also for two hours but my photographer spent about fifteen minutes with me, and just like that it was over. I'm okay with my picture but i thought i would have a lot more pictures to choose from, I was looking forward to two hours as advertised; not fifteen minutes, and i was hoping that they would couch me on body language before the shot, not during. I'm not sure if the level of service wasn't as expected because i purchased a groupon but i was kind of disappointed. I felt like i was being rushed through it because i wasn't spending a lot of money. It was very disappointing because i do not own any pictures and this was a big deal for me. i was stepping out of my comfort zone (I'm Very shy) i expected lot more from this studio. I Have read several great reviews so i'm sure they are great! But i was a bit saddened and left the studio a bit disappointed. read more

There were 5 of us in the Miami area and we decided it would be fun to do a photo shoot while we were there. Only half of us are models, but everyone was made to feel very comfortable (not to mention beautiful) I cannot say enough about Danny and Tolga and the rest of the crew at Image 1st! They're knowledgeable, competent, professional, and on top of it all, a lot of fun. In the end the pics were so good, we paid extra to get more pictures than we originally planned on. The studio was incredible! The location was in Wynwood, which allowed for great outdoor shots against the walls. The inside studios were various in backgrounds and props, and the whole staff was knowledgable and very professional. They did my hair and makeup (BEST job ever)! When I purchased a groupon for Image 1st Miami, I didn't have the highest expectations. I bought it in hopes of getting a few professional head shots taken and was honestly just hoping for the best. When I arrived the took great care of me and it was a very fun experience acting like a model for a few hours! Although I was super uncomfortable at first, the photographer really allowed me to be more comfortable and directed me since I'm quite the amateur. My shots came out beautifully and portrayed exactly what I wanted them to. I wouldn't have to think twice about trusting these guys with a full photo shoot in the future. I am a singer and needed headshots. When I saw a Groupon for Image 1st I immediately purchased it (I also had a friend recommend Image 1st). I opted to get my hair and makeup done - it turned out beautifully and the makeup artist did what she thought was best and took my thoughts into consideration as well. My photographer (Kira, I believe) was amazing. She took the time to go through all the different clothing options I brought along to the photo shoot, and was great directing me what to do with my poses/body for each shot. I felt at ease the entire time and had a lot of laughs! In the end, I upgraded from my $50 Groupon package and opted to purchase ten more re-touched photos that included headshots and full body shots. I have been recommending Image 1st to all my friends who need professional and top-quality headshots/photos. I originally had purchased a groupon for a 2hr boudoir shoot for a wedding gift for my now husband. (NOTE: I did this a few months ago so I don't remember everyones names) It was very easy to make an appointment and when I arrived we got straight to business. As soon as I got there I had my hair an makeup done by an extremely talented person. She completed my vision of a smokey eye and volumous hair which photographed great. I had a male photographer (I think his name was Frank) and at first I was a little nervous since I thought I would be more comfortable with a female photographer, but he was great! He knows what men think is sexy and was so wonderful to work with. We went through my bag of lingerie and determine which outfit would be best with his background. The pictures turned out great! I had so many amazing pictures to choose from, it was hard to narrow it down (good problem to have). I ended up purchasing a book through them which was produced VERY quickly and was great quality. It did cost more than I was anticipating but was so worth it in the end. I had the book all black with a little heart on the corner, so when my husband received it he wouldn't immediately know what he was about to be looking at. To say the least, he was VERY surprised and absolutely loved the gift. I had my MOH give him the gift and the videographer and photographer captured the entire moment. His face was PRICELESS! I would definitely recommend going to Image 1st, whether for a boudoir shoot, headshot or any other photoshoot. The photographer was professional, funny, and creative. The makeup artist did an amazing job and the images were exactly what I had anticipated. I still use the shots today and will return to update. The prices were extremely reasonable, and I felt that the end result was as professional as far more expensive photographers. I paid more, because I wanted more images. I must stay I was very nervous for the photo shoot. It happen to be my birthday and there was a hurricane in Miami.... the studio was very nice and I called several times to make sure they would still be open. To my surprise they were and right from the first moment they made the experience wonderful and fun. I brought my sister and my little niece and they accommodated all of us. The make up artist was wonderful and made me look like a million bucks. The photographer took her time positioning me and understood right away the look I was hoping to achieve. She even took the time to take some candid shots of me and my niece fooling around which I loved and ended up purchasing extra. Once the photo shoot was complete I was given the opportunity to review my images and pick my favorites. I brought it down to three and went on my way. A few weeks later I received an email with my images and they were absolutely breathtaking. They looked like me but even better. this was my first time coming in for an actual photo shoot and i was really excited! pros: the photographer was really amazing, she made me feel comfortable and was giving me good directions while on set. the make up artist also did a great job on my hair and make up so i was pleased with that. cons: after the shoot we went through all of the 600 + photos and i had narrowed it down to a few that i really liked, i was told it would take up to 4 weeks to get them. 4 weeks went by and i hadn't received anything so i called and they were able to help BUT the down part of all this is that i clearly remember picking 2 pictures that were not there, AND one of the pictures was not fully retouched because i could see the tag on it and it was supposed to be edited out.... disappointed! i felt bad and i just decided to forget it and not say anything but damn hello! they really need to have a better system of time management and also making sure that the pictures the customer chooses are the ones being delivered at the end. i mean i payed 300 something bucks so i was expecting to get what i paid for. sadly this was not the case. so over all first part was amazing: make up and photo shoot went great BAD part was the delivery of the photos. i really felt that when i called they had just completely forgotten about retouching my pictures and they were rushing to get them in to me. they told me they were running on a two week time frame and my pictures took 4 weeks to be delivered and worst of all i didn't get the all the ones i had clearly remember picking. LACK OF TIME MANAGEMENT and also MAKING SURE THE PICS THE CUSTOMER PICS ARE THE ONES BEING DELIVERED AT THE END is what i believe needs to be GREATLY improved!!! read more
