I recently had giclee prints made at Image and Frame of a series of three humorous illustrations I'd rendered in pen and ink, watercolor, and colored pencil. Eric treated my small job (two prints of each illustration) with care and precision, clearly explaining the process and presenting the available options to me with thoughtful suggestions but no sales pressure. He printed the proofs in just a few minutes and they looked superb, requiring no color correction, but he spotted a couple of barely noticeable (to me) imperfections in my airbrushing of the illustrations' backgrounds, and quickly corrected them on the computer. In about a week I had the final product and couldn't be happier. The prints really look better than the originals, with more vibrant color. I gave these as gifts and had Eric ship them to their recipients, who told me they arrived in perfect condition. I didn't frame them, but Image and Frame has a lot of good-looking frames on display. The owners are fantastic & they gave me high quality service in both the printing & time spent with me which was greatly appreciated. My prints of my art work on gallery wrapped canvas was excellent. You cannot tell the difference between the original & the prints. With the amount of different colors & images in my work, the pieces came out spot on & I couldn't believe the quality. The owner of Image and Frame, Eric, knows framing and is well versed about his inventory. I asked to have a commissioned water color painting framed. He zeroed in on the frame and matting almost instantaneously. I consider him to be is a master craftsman in custom framing. The finished work is of the best style and quality and I am extremely proud to have it in my home. These folks delivered superb results quickly at a reasonable price. I gave them the difficult job of reproducing my father's masterpiece watercolor painting that I inherited so that several other family members could enjoy it also. The painting has very subtle colors that were created with pigments no longer manufactured. But Eric is a master of the giclee process and delivered reproductions that are nearly indistinguishable from the original. Family crisis averted! I started a brand new job and was tasked with getting our canvas pictures stretched for a new office. I walked in and Eric and Lynne were more helpful than I ever expected.
