I needed three posters printed within three days and they were able to finish the job on time. I was surprised that after I went in to order the poster and agreed to pay the estimated price I received an email later in the day with a link to payment that I needed to pay before they would begin. I did so and they completed it faster than they promised. The young woman who helped me at the counter was helpful and friendly. I would use this company again. I left a business card and requested a call back with an estimate on a reprint. They promised a return call that very same day. Four business days later and no call-back. My guess is that they forgot that there are many other printers in the Scottsdale-Phoenix area. Service is what most interests me. Not smiles, promises or even low prices. I am so happy I found this gem of a business. I needed to get prints done quickly and found this business on Yelp and was impressed with their reviews. I stopped in and told them what I needed to be done as I needed it printed on paper I provided. Brandon checked it out and quoted me a fair price for 150 prints. He printed one copy to show me how it turned out before printing all 150 and I am so glad he did. I realized I had sent him the wrong copy! He was patient with me as I searched through my computer for the correct version and when I couldn't find it, another employee came over to help me change the file on my computer. They worked with me for 10 minutes to get the correct print. They were both so helpful. The prints were done within 5 minutes and carefully wrapped for me to take home. I ordered a box of business cards with raised print on them..I came to pick them up and the bill was $275.00 for 1000 cards. That's 28 cents a piece?! Highway robbery!! I should have got a quote? but still $275 for 1000 cards...I questioned the guy ringing them up,, he looked at a card and said ya that is kinda high. I wanted to run out the door and not pay for them but I did the right thing and fessed up and paid for what I ordered but they could have discounted them some.
