I miss this place! I loved getting my nails done here but I moved so far it, was hard. I'm in Clovis now and it's closer than I was. I need to get back in there. I had some old lady doing my hair. I went in to get my hair done red, and she ended up turning it into an ugly red and to top it off she ended up charging me well over $200 for work that I wasn't happy with. She added so much bleach to my hair and other stuff that I cannot recall that I have been struggling to grow my hair for years! love this place! I get my haircuts from Ruby, and she always cuts it exactly how I want it. She takes her time and makes sure you're happy with it before you get up. She's been cutting my hair for a few years and ever since I got my first cut from her I haven't gone to anyone else. She's very friendly and knows exactly what she's talking about. I highly recommend Image Salon (especially Ruby) just make sure you make an appointment before going because she's always booked. read more

WORST nail salon experience!!! My girls name was Karen, I show up 10 minutes early to my appointment and she is still working on the girl ahead of me, no big. So I sit and wait...10 minutes goes by, 15, 20... shes STILL working on her. 30 minutes later shes ready for me. She DOESN'T even acknowledge that I was waiting there for so long and DOESN'T even apologize!!! Then isn't even friendly, and doesn't talk to me. After sitting there the whole time with an awkward silence I couldn't wait to get out of there!.. Then my nails were uneven and when I tell her she makes a face. She didn't even clean out the extra acrylic behind my nails.. and she said she's been doing this for years?!..I have no idea why she was so rude to me, I was the one waiting for her, and I was the customer. Then at the end I hand her a credit card and she tells me, "Sorry I take cash." ...WTF?!.. If u want a really BAD nail experience then go to Karen. read more

The woman their are not nice!!They have ugly floors !! They talk a lot while working on your hair take calls in while working on you!!!! You seriously like have to know someone already to feel comfortable to go there, they are too much in their own little circle! It has that high school vibe about it that is just rubbish ! When you ask for a color they give you a color that you do not want I had asked for a color and it came out to something else , and they had cut my hair too short and had to pay a lot for the bad hair and color!! Worst experience ever!! They also make rude comments about Mexicans from Mexico and they are mexicans!! Just do not recommend them ! I will personally go again but to tell them off for all the talking they did about me!! read more
