Very few were working because of the holiday but were honest about availability due to appointments. I'm glad they let me know that after my pedi, the tech was not available to do a powder dip manicure but I was offered a gel mani if I wished. I took my chance here and My Final Verdict is I will not be coming back! I feel like going to many nail places over the years I have a few standards now for a good or even great place. This place unfortunately had a poor experience. I think being a business that has been there 13 years there customer service would be amazing. Literally every person there was not even nice. The place is not clean I was actually relieved they had a liner for the pedicure. There was not a lot of people when I showed up but everyone there was pretty busy. I'm glad they were somewhat accommodating about the chair I was using I wanted a massage and the chair I sat in wasn't working so I moved to another one. The pedicure was decent i just hated the treatment she was so rough it hurt! And i don't feel like while having lots of mani and pedis they even cleaned enough cuticle or dead skin. My mom even was complaining and she doesn't ever she agreed they were so slow and lazy to finish he wasn't paying attention just in his phone. My mani was okay but he could have cleaned up the residue I have red around my finger from the powder mani I got done. It was 60$ I believe for both mani and pedi while it is cheap it comes with a price. But if you're a regular and not new customer I also noticed their demeanor changed. You would think being near the mall it wouldn't be as sketch looking as this place is, well let me give you an idea of what to expect. It's a hole in the wall across from the mall in the same parking lot as Starbucks and Ross next door to wing stop. Don't let that sway you away though this place is a little gem to the neighborhood (especially the first week of the month) so if you are in a rush avoid coming in on the 1st or 2nd. All that aside I have not been this satisfied with nail work in a very very long time! My nail technicians name was Bee and his technique was amazing! Yes he didn't hold a conversation but honestly I don't mind I come in to get a service done and then leave. He did a full set on me coffin shape with ombré white (like an ombré French tip) came out to 55$ kinda pricey given the location, that's more of a price I would expect in clovis or riverpark area. No complaints though his work is well worth it! They get tons of foot traffic due to having a very well known eyebrow groomer I guess her name is ivy, she dose no scheduling you come in and wait if there are people ahead of you. Everyone raves about her work so I will most definitely try her out next time. Overall across town from me but with the nail work I received well worth the drive. I came here on a spur of the moment thing and thought I'd give it a shot. I called before hand to ask how much a pink and white fade would be and was told 40. Once I sat in the chair (after 45 min wait) I was told 55. I told them I was not told that over the phone but they insisted that's the price. They then continued to do my nails and once it came to length I asked for shorter and they said no it wouldn't look right and continued to do them. They then cut almost all of my cuticles using the drill, making me bleed and now some do look affected. I would advise anyone to not go here. read more

There were a couple of moths flying around and I had to have my boyfriend try to kill one because it was getting to close to me and I couldn't use my nails while they were drying. First of all, the colors are off. From the nail palette they let you choose from, it was so so off. I thought it might have just been the color I picked but I noticed it on a couple of other customers who were voicing their opinion on that as Well. I came for an ombré full set coffin and I was greatly disappointed in the work that was done. The shape was not consistent. You could clearly see the transitions in the nails, my nails were lumpy and the acrylic was running off the sides of my nails. Under was also not filled.
