My daughter found this spot in Westside Pavillion. They have a nice selection of current styles for casual and dressy events for reasonable prices. I like Image because they can always find something for me to wear in a pinch. There is one sales associate whose name starts with an S, who has an eye for what would look great on your particular body type. I needed a graduation dress, and "S" picked one out I never would have imagined would look good on me. It was a very classy, flattering dress that was still conservative enough for the ceremony. Love the store in BH. Great service and size selection. Was in town for the weekend and invited to an event last minute. I only needed an outfit but left with four tops and two bottoms. Owner will send you photos of clothes and ship to you which is a huge plus!!!! read more

If you don't like to shop at the same old stores as everyone else, then try out Image!! They have a huge selection of dresses and tops for going out and you won't leave the store broke either, which is always a bonus! Especially in LA!!! It is a little cramped inside the store, but they gotta pack in as much as they can!! You may have to search for your size in things, but trust me their stuff is worth it!! And for those of you who like flowy items, like loose fitting trendy tops that help hide that minor bulge from eating a few too many pieces of free bread at that italian restaurant or few too many baskets of chips at that mexican place!! And hey these tops all look great an feel great and almost everything is affordable! The WORST service and exchange policy!!!! My mom bought me pants from this p.o.s. store. Ive purchased from them before myself. Anyhow, it was the wrong size so I decided to go exchange it. She bought it on Dec. 23 and tried to exchange it on Jan. 18, but the so called 'manager' at the Westside Pavilion store said I couldn't exchange it because it was past the 2 week grace period!! So, not even 30 days after purchase and I'm stuck with it!! Let me mention that this 'manager' (I didn't ask her name, but she had curly dark hair) was not warm at all...even when I stepped foot in the store. Amazing how she is in customer service! No smile, not inviting whatsoever. I asked myself how she became a 'manager'!? This is not the career for her. So because she was of no help whatsoever, I asked for the owner and she gave me a business card and told me to call him at the other store in Melrose. But I got ahold of him at the Beverly Hills store. When he answered, I immediately knew this was not going to go anywhere. First, he answered the phone very short and rude. I genuinely told him my story and all he could repeat is 'whatever the manager said'. Isnt he the owner!?? Terrible customer service!! I then realized how she became manager...he hired her because he has something in common with her...no personality. I do not recommend this store at all. I *heart* this chain of stores! I've been to all except the one on Melrose. The Beverly Center and Sherman Oaks locations also kick fashion arse. I've continuously seen low-key styles on major celebs (J. Lopez, J. Love-Hewitt, J. Jackson, if you're nasty) that hailed from the rack in Image, so this boutique is neither to be scoffed nor mocked. To this day, my wardrobe consists of several items that receive RAVE reviews from all witnessing my Image selections - other fashionistas, men, children, small dogs - the compliments keep a' comin'. Every time I wear an Image-purchased item, I'm asked "where do you shop?!!" By the aforementioned small dogs, too! Crazy, right?! What I love the most is that you'll find unique, stylish garments for under $60 per item - some as low at $19.99 on clearance, and others will be none the wiser. Add some serious tailoring and voila' ~ Admittedly, the quality of the pieces vary...BCBG this is not...but if chosen with a selective eye, one can walk away with some heavy hitters. Cute tops, fierce belts, Euro dresses (very French and UK-styled; so chic), and sizzling dresses. Have fun...play a little...you can afford it! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM -0 STARS! I just bought a pair of pants from this company on 1.22.12. I took the tags off, and I wore them around my house. I soon realized that the zipper was defected. I called Nicole at the Melrose location who I told about the problem. I told her I took the tag off, and she told me to tell the ladies at the Sherman Oaks location I had bought the pants like that and that they will return it. I called the Sherman Oaks location, and when I got there i was greeted by one lady then the other (who I'm guessing was the manager at the store.) She told me I could not return the jeans, and she called nicole. nicole got on the phone and told me I can no longer return them because i had worn them, when I had originally told her I wore them. I walked out of the store with the same defected jeans. A few months earlier I bought a pair of jumpsuits, the lady charged me for two!!! when I called her she said that i was lying! i had to dispute it with my credit card. I will not be shopping here anymore! read more

This is really NOT my type of store lol. This is another one of those stores at Westside Pavilion where it's okay to go in if you are looking for a slutty party dress. I can't really say this store is "trendy"... although they do have some stylish and fashionable dresses. Looking around, many of their items appear tacky to me but there are some cute items if you take the time to browse around. Some of their pieces were just a bit too exotic dancer/ whore-ish for me... including one backless dress with tiny bikini straps barely holding it together with just enough fabric to cover your boobies... O.o The girls who work here are extremely friendly and eager to make a sale. This one girl approached me, introduced herself, shook my hand and really tried to help me find a dress that she thought I was looking for. She made like 20 suggestions and kept showing me different styles and suggesting that I tried them on. She was really friendly in her approach so I didn't feel harassed and in the end I was glad she helped me pick some dresses because I ended up buying the dress SHE recommended! The quality is hit or miss... when I was trying on dresses in the dressing room, TONS of sequins were falling off this one dress just by me trying it on and taking it off... while other dresses stayed pretty intact. Their price reflects their quality although some of their cuter, classier/slutty dresses are slightly overpriced. You really have to do your picking and choosing here. There were some dresses I really liked but just wasn't willing to pay $70+ for it. I walked away with one beautiful sequined dress (where the sequins WEREN'T falling apart from trying it on) for $75 and although overpriced, it fit fabulously, looked good and is going to be perfect for NYE :) Exchange or store credit within 5 days of purchase with receipt! read more

Time and time again I have treated myself to an afternoon of shopping at Image right before a trip out of town or a special event . I always find exactly what I need. I was at the westside pavilion and I was on the hunt for a cute holiday dress. I stopped in this store. They have trendy but overpriced dresses, fancy shirts..etc. I was desperate to buy a dress for a party and I bought 2 dresses ($100 total). They were cute and they looked good, but I wasn't 100% happy with them. But like I said..... I was desperate. So when I got home I decided that one dress I DID not like it. And the other dress, I liked but the zipper flat out broke on me!!! The zipper was a very tiny, small zipper that kept getting stuck on the tiny string thingies on the dress that I had to keep pulling off. I was so upset because the zipper had come off one side of the line and had completely ruined the zipper on the dress. (Plus the return policy is sh*t! Exchanges only!!) I should have known because the zipper was already difficult to zip up in the store. So less than 2 weeks later I go to return it and the manager ( or whoever was in charge) and she tells me that the store will not accept damaged clothing for any exchange. I understand that people can try to rip off stores by trying to get $$ back but I can't even return my purchases so why does it even matter. I was genuinely trying the exchange my dresses for something else. So I'm explaining to the manager that when I got home the zipper broke and its poor customer service to not accept their OWN merchandise. And because of the sh*tty quality of the overpriced clothing I was left with a faulty zipper. And all I wanted was store credit. I don't think that's too hard to ask, right?? Out of all the store returns/ exchanges I've ever made I have never experienced such rudeness from the staff!! I am getting very pissed off and Im telling her that all I want is to exchange the dress and she insists that store policy is to not take the dress. So I find an replacement the for the dress I do get exchanged and again... Were arguing again at the counter with the manager. Luckily my friend was with me and she was starting to harass the manager about customer service and the quality of the clothing, and how we are NEVER returning back to the store and that were not going to recommend this store to anyone. The manager changes her tone quickly and then proceeds to tell me that "even though I'm being mean.... That she'll still give me store credit". I had every right to be upset about their merchandise. The audacity!!!! I'm mostly upset that the store policy is not willing to exchange clothing. I guarantee that the store credit will be the last time I ever shop there. read more

GREAT trendy boutique!!! Great spot for trendy, inexpensive clothes. And the staff is extremely helpful & friendly. I've gone in there numerous times in a panic, the night before leaving for a work trip that I desperately need some clothes for, when all the other shops are closing & not only did the girls keep the store open for me, they helped me find what I needed & made great suggestions. Love this store. And they also have a store on Melrose (& I think in Bev Hills?). read more

EXTREMELY RUDE SALESPERSON: " DILL ".... She's extremely unpleasant, rude, mean, and NOT helpful AT ALL.... She doesn't know how to treat the customers and does NOT know her job and duties AT ALL!!! My friend and I went into that store and we bought a few things. The sales people have always been absolutely great and helpful and I have never had a problem with them. They state their policy and you know what it is when you purchase something as you can see how much time you have to return something. I have no problem recommending the store at all. read more
