Tried to add a little onto the bill at the end of the job saying his billing person forgot this and that and that little move went nowhere for him. Foreman hit a marked public utility on my job and told me that it was my issue to deal with getting it fixed and paid for.... sure it is buddy....sure it is. As soon as that repair bill came through they tried hard to say it wasn't them but obviously photos/videos and timestamps don't lie. Sure they are affordable and that's likely because they have kids and family working. That's who was working on my job. I can tell the difference in skill set between them and the company I use now. But I've grown wiser and I pay more. I feel that you definitely get what you pay for. Maybe they can do minor things and small jobs but they do not appear to be up to the task of big and/or complex jobs for what I've seen. I can't attest to the competence of blowouts and start ups or minor work. Chuck will puff his chest during the pre bid walkthrough and talk about how he holds his employees accountable for errors but don't forget that they are mostly related so there is likely no accountability. Oh and don't fall for the 50 percent deposit to get on the list bs - just go elsewhere. Lastly also recommend to backcheck the plethora of five star reviews they get on other websites....

I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard.
