I just need to restate that again, and I appreciate my masseuse telling me to stay hydrated for the rest of the day because I felt the result the next morning only a little bit. You begin with a dry-glove exfoliation to jumpstart detoxification and stimulate the lymphatic system. You can honestly get a very similar experience elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.
