I mostly saw his great PA Jessica, but she's been gone for 2 years now so I was stuck seeing him last week. I thought it would be ok, he's been pretty good in the past. This visit he was 50 minutes past my appointment time. He breezed in without apologizing for how late he was, didn't even greet me. I came in for a rash problem I've had before and removal of some skin spots. I made both these issues known at the time I made the appointment. He looked at the rash and rudely said, "haven't I seen you for this before?" I said yes, but I didn't remember what medicine to take. He didn't speak after that. He literally did all this in 2 minutes. He then said "ok, that's it right?" When I told him about the other reason I was there, he immediately said, "no you will have to make an appointment to come back for that". I told him that I didn't understand why he'd say this since I booked an appointment for exactly this reason. I have a $50 co-pay and I'd spent 2 hours travelling and waiting to see him. He very reluctantly obliged me (trust me he was not subtle at his annoyance), but did the procedure. Only he did it a different way that I believe was quicker for him and not going to last as long for me. I'm sick and tired of rude doctors who have no respect for their patients. Listen Mr. Rich Doctor, I don't pay $50 to see you for two minutes and be disrespected. My time is valuable too. I don't make a lot of money and I pay you for a 15 min appointment. I see he has changed the name of his practice and it appears his focus is more on cosmetic dermatology now......i,e. charging people lots of money for crap like poison Botox and fillers and lasers. I guess real skin work is now for someone else. If he doesn't want to do old fashioned dermatology work - then tell your people at the front desk to not make appointments for people. Time to find a doctor who respects his patients. Good luck to me!

I'm sharing these photos as a warning to others until I post a more detailed & documented review…read more A month after surgery (chin lipo and submentoplasty) with Michelle, I began developing large, painful nodules under my chin and neck that persistently got worse for over a year. I was initially told by her that it must be allergies to the permanent sutures, so I underwent revision surgery with her. She then diagnosed the nodules as "fat necrosis". Soon after revision surgery, the nodules started appearing again. I was then repeatedly told by Michelle that it must be thyroid-related causes. After seeking another revision from a highly experienced double board-certified plastic surgeon & ENT down the street, I was informed that the nodules were full of pus and bacteria, located on/around the permanent sutures. I was also told that the nodule that was distanced lower than the rest, had a free-hanging suture that wasn't attached to anything. I was advised that what he found was consistent with infection related to the permanent internal sutures Michelle placed in me and could likely be due to the sutures being unsterile/compromised during surgery. This was an extremely painful and distressing experience that significantly impacted my quality of life for OVER a year. When I reached out to her office regarding this, I was met with denial, zero accountability and was warned multiple times in a threatening manner not to post about it online. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to thoroughly research their provider and ensure they are board-certified in plastic surgery. Unfortunately, a cosmetic surgeon with a doctorates degree in dentistry is a very considerable, and concerning difference.

Caution Regarding Dr. Michelle's Plastic Surgery Services…read more I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Based on my personal journey, I cannot recommend undergoing plastic surgery with Dr. Michelle. Years ago, I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michelle and was initially satisfied with the results. However, in 2022, I returned for a breast reduction and, prior to surgery, inquired about a small amount of liposuction specifically for my knees. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. As the pictures show, significant fat was removed from my legs--far beyond what I requested--while the area I was concerned about (my knees) received minimal attention. This procedure has left me deeply TRAUMATIZED with my appearance, and I feel my body has been irreversibly altered. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Michelle, her solution was to offer a revision surgery at a significantly reduced cost (operating only), which I feel does not fully address or take accountability for the initial outcome or would I ever go back to someone who botched my body I hope my experience can help others make informed decisions about their choices and learn from my mistakes. I met with many doctors for a consultation but Dr. Fetter and his staff really made me feel comfortable so I decided to go with him. Best decision!! No surgery is risk free of complications and I know that. I did have some but it was at no fault of Fetter. Him and his staff were quick to answer all my questions and concerns. They made time for me to come in and get my concerns checked and were quick to put a plan in place to resolve any complication/concern. Fetter has always made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I will definitely continue to use him, refer people to him and praise his work. If you are looking into any plastic surgery procedures I highly recommend Dr. Fetter and his amazing staff. Schedule a consultation. You won't be disappointed!!

From injections, to laser, to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Fetter has an incredible aesthetic eye and is remarkably gifted in enhancing beauty. In addition to being artfully skilled in cosmetics, he performs other complicated procedures with just as much skill and ease. My husband had basal cell carcinoma, which required a MOHS procedure, grafting skin from his forehead to his nose. Considering how unpleasant that operation is, Dr. Fetter made it a remarkably smooth experience and we can hardly see any trace of the procedure on my husband's face. On top of his talents, Dr. Fetter has a wonderful bedside manner. He is compassionate, kind, and incredibly charming. Krissi is an absolute doll and always has a genuine and welcoming smile on her face, it's a pleasure to see her! He and every single one of his staff members have always treated us with incredible warmth and genuine care.

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

Knowing that the office was reachable 24/7 gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process.
