I am never very satisfied when I shop at this Michael's. Finding someone who works there to help in…read morefinding something is next to impossible. If you do find an employee they are often rude or brusque with you, and make you feel like your questions are inconveniencing them. I myself bought a product from them today, after getting help from an employee (not kindly), and get home to discover it is the wrong product, but because the packaging was opened I am not allowed to return said product. I am done with shopping at this store, it isn't worth it, I'd rather go to walmart or not craft at all.
