Them there's a little arcade of riding toys outside as well as a train ride that is available to go around on the first level by Kohl's. They have a stroller parking right outside the play area and so the room is not crowded. It's clean for the most part.

There's a ton of different options here for open play - a basketball court with a smaller hoop that toddlers can reach, ping pong table, a room full of various sized swingsets, and 2 large trampolines. We were here for 2 hours and my daughter didn't want to leave ! She had so much fun and it was fun watching her. It's perfect for the winter months when you want an indoor play option and your child is feeling cooped up. They have a party room that can be used if the store is rented out. There is also a small lobby area and that's the only area where food and drink is allowed. Definitely bring snacks to eat there because your kids will get hungry! You head to their website ahead of time to schedule the day and pay in advance. They provide a door code cause it's unmanned to enter. The code will let you in. Then you have a full day to play. You can even leave and come back later. Lots of fun options for kiddos. Playground, reading room, basketball area, soccer area, ninja area, toddler area, etc. They even have an area for you to eat (bring in food if you wish or they have vending machines).
