    I have tried to do Bussiness with them but, unfortunately they were somewhere dismissive and rude. Maybe they didn't like me, I don't know.

This agency "LA ROSA REALTY" located at 3040 Loopdale Lane Kissimmee, FL 34741 and Managing Brooker Sales Associate & owner Anderson Correa acts as a dual realtor and represents both buyer and sellers, which in our case it is what Anderson Correa did. He played both sides as the middle guy by constantly sounding nice on the phone by cross referencing that the sellers agree to sign and of course again never take his words and then sign any of his documents that in the wording, he adds syntax stating "AS IS" that is all failure to his advantage forcing the hand. His tactic is to finagle his "DOCU sign documents/contracts. He played both sides while wearing his meta glasses and recording conversations while speaking face to face to us. While talking on the phone he sounded convincing, but in writing he's another person and as you see on google reviews, he has only had 4 prior to mine being posted June 3, 2026. NOTE: I was very skeptical the entire time while dealing with him even before wiring $5K to ESCROW with Jazmin Rolon owner of Simply Title of Kissimmee Fl all in hopes that as per his video submitted that we would get a nice condo even if it needed small touch ups. According to him after we drove down from NJ to FL to see the condo in person, which by the way that is where things turn for the worst always do deals and home purchases in PERSON never over video as nothing look as listed on Zillow MLS# S5141459 are photo shop photos! The kitchen needs full refurbishment as cabinets are VERY old and dirty, the home smells like cigarettes, dish washer is broken, floors were all dirty, stove is old and gross, washer/dryer smelled like mildew, windows had missing window screens, AC unit didn't work, PVC piping needs replacement, toilet didn't flush, bath tubs are all old and dirty, mirrors all need to be replaced, and much more. I had paid an inspector that sent us a full 4- point inspection that cost us another $414.79. I will say to anyone working with this agent to BE EXTREMELY careful considering our experience and not get caught up with smiles and laughter and convince to sign "AS IS CONTRACTS" and later being taken for thousands of dollars like my husband and I both experienced. We were both scammed into paying the noted within as per his docu sign "SELLERS a total of $2,500" without reason. I immediately told him that it is not my obligation to pay his sellers to fix their overall condo. Anyone wanting out of a sell can legally chose to do so and should not have to be taken for their money and better yet conclude that sellers get the buyers ESCROW money. Anderson Correa acts as a smooth operator in my opinion is a straight FRAUD and doesn't care about working diligently. He's in it for money and doesn't follow the code of ethics and standards of practice as per "The National Association of Realtors". His interpretation of all this is that people sign his contracts as we did and once you agreed as per signature best believe you will lose instantly 50% of your money and between him and his sellers and friends all get paid regardless of your hard-earned money regardless of complaint, reason(s) or emergencies if any. I have never heard anywhere on a realtor's guide prior to licensing that BUYERS are OBLIGATED to pay SELLERS in any STATE of the United States to FIX and PAY for backing out of any sell and force to pay SELLERS by pulling away in less than 10 days for any property such as a house, condo, apartments, etc - THIS IS STRAIGHT ILLEGAL! Anderson demonstrated his tactic well and pretended to care about his work and compassion as a sales representative. Even when he chuckled on the phone to me that was his "ALL WELL" you and your husband already signed the "AS IS" and if you want you can either pay my seller $2,500 or show your lawyer the "AS IS" documentation and go to mediation along with "Simply Title, LLC" that all work together and are in cahoots. My husband and I drove all the way to Florida from NJ in hopes of finding our first condo/home. Furthermore, never trust the process and in good faith just rely on conversations and smiles. When it comes to money people immediately want to latch and get their way especially when they aren't making sales and know that the only way to get paid is by perpetrating the fraud. By the way you should never trust any realtor that chooses their friend such as Anderson did when he recommended "EZ Inspection LLC" of Kissimmee. I want to add that this realtor has been by far the most unprofessional sector I've ever dealt with. After finding Laurentiu, every worry I had was at ease. He went over and above to properly guide me, every step of the way. I felt very taken care of, never on the back burner. He was organized, detailed-oriented, and a great listener! To elaborate: Laurentiu is a genuine, passionate individual who absolutely loves what he does, and that translates through his contagious positive energy.     STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"! 1 Star Review it's too generous…read more They are heartless human beings who do not care about anything else other than closing a deal, their true colors come out very quickly, they are despiteful, cruel, superficial, unprofessional, I could just go on and on. We signed a lease with them on 2020, we renewed it on 2021 and was supposed to end it on October 2022, turns out the owner sold the apartment and terminated the lease early, they gave little notice about it, just a phone call and they turned our life upside down in less than 24 hours, they started a 60 day mark right away, given the current situation in the country where every property is really expensive we didn't have any place to go, we were not prepared for this, all that we asked for was to have our security deposit back and Megan told us they were going to proceed as a regular move out, if they saw defects or damage they were still going to take money out, not only they left us homeless, they couldn't even have a little human decency to at least let us keep at least part of the amount. I just wish I could post the conversations we have exchanged so people could see them for what they are, they treat you like you are a piece of garbage and are incapable of sympathizing with any situation, they even told us we could leave early if we wanted to like we didn't repeat countless of times that "WE DIDN'T HAVE ANYWHERE ELSE TO GO!", they offered us another apartment with a higher rent where we had to pay all entry fees and deposits, all over again, as if they didn't force us out in the first place. They just wanted to get us out of the apartment as soon as possible so they could start charging more to whoever is next. I get it, business is business, but you would expect that at least they treat you with some respect. That doesn't end up there, for the weeks to come, Megan or Debi Meyer would send us emails asking if we found something, if we wanted to go out earlier, repeatedly. Toward the last few weeks we spent there, Debi Meyer said they had to go in and make an "inspection", that same afternoon she sent us pictures she took all over the apartment, our bed, our bathroom, the kitchen, pictures with all our stuff in it saying where is the bed that was here when you moved in? Where's the TV? The couch? Where's this? Where's that??? First, everything she asked for was there, second, she wasn't even in the picture when we moved in so what the hell does she know? I'm never met a landlord that made an inspection prior the renters moving out, and I'm talking this was over a month before the move out date. She didn't even give us a chance to fix whatever was wrong. The amount of disrespect coming for them is unmatched, we ended up moving month earlier because we simply couldn't deal with this harassment and disrespect anymore, we still didn't have nowhere to go so we had to temporarily move in with a relative. Of course, they took until the last cent of the security deposit, we left the house as it was, I can tell you that everything they had to "fix" wasn't worth the full amount, but once again they took advantage of that, we just really wanted to be done with them. I really hope no one else go through a similar experience because of them, save yourself the trouble. Funny note, I ended the electricity service the same date we moved out, Debi Meyer said that she thought that we would keep it on "out of courtesy"...the audacity...after everything her and her company made us go through THEY are asking for courtesy? Give me a break..

    I have no complaints. I give them money, I have a place to live. The best part is the speed of…read morerepair service. Amazingly fast and really friendly. The office personnel are great. Not overly friendly, not rude either. I would recommend them. Be warned, if your credit is less than perfect they ask for a 2 month deposit. Be prepared before you pay the application fee. The people there are very friendly and compassionate. If you have a chance to meet Debi Meyer, she is a fantastic person.
