He used comparables that were smaller and not updated with perfectly good comps within 2 miles, in like neighborhoods. They also state that a home in an HOA neighborhood is no different than one without an HOA. Really? By using the comparables in the neighborhood that are smaller, when you add the extra square footage from our home, it increased the value. We didn't get that in the value. Not only did they border negligent, when we sent back a detailed rebuttal, they only answered 3 points and not the main ones. Embarrassing that his company can make money off of totally subjective thoughts that don't make sense. Very disappointing they are in business. I would not recommend using them at all! Save your money. Go someplace else.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement.
